Casa Alta 5 – A Peaceful Escape with Spectacular Mountain Views
Welcome to our peaceful retreat on the edge of the stunning Barrancos de Gebas and Sierra Espuña Natural Park.
I'm Allison, your host, and I’m delighted to share this beautiful area with you.
This newly renovated, top-floor country home offers amazing mountain views, a peaceful setting, and direct access to fantastic walking and cycling routes. A one-hour scenic walk will take you to a beautiful turquoise dam—perfect for a quiet swim.

• Light-filled living areas with balconies and mountain views
• Cosy snug with a wood-burning stove
• Well-equipped kitchen and dining area
• 2 comfortable bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin)
• Sofa beds in the lounge for 2
• Modern bathroom with a walk-in shower
• Stunning rooftop terrace—ideal for sunrise coffee or sunset wine and tapas

Nespresso Essenza Mini coffee machine (takes Nespresso original capsules)
The property offers reliable Starlink WiFi with battery backup, up to 250 Mb download / 50 Mb upload
Guest access
You’ll have the entire top floor to yourself (except one small storage room where an additional large fridge is kept for your use). The house has its own private entrance and a key safe box if needed.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Empty Nespresso machine and clean and clean out the air fryer
Ensure all windows are properly shut and doors to roof terrace locked
Switch off gas at gas bottle below the hob
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
