Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation just a few minutes’ walk from the beach. The area offers numerous supermarkets and all kinds of services to meet your needs. La Casina is a one-bedroom apartment suitable for two people, located just a few minutes from the beach. The bedroom is a separate room from the living area. The private bathroom is equipped with a comfortable shower. The living room features a 32-inch TV where you can watch major channels and, if you have a subscription, use Netflix or Amazon Prime channels. The kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, dishes, and basic seasonings for cooking and seasoning your meals

Please do not flush hygiene products or food scraps down the toilet.
Trash should be placed in the dustbin located under the sink.

Smoking is permitted only in the outdoor area where an ashtray is provided.

In the spirit of good neighborliness, we ask that you respect quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Accidental damage may occur; if this happens, please notify us immediately.

Windows, lights, air conditioners, TVs, doors, and other equipment must be turned off and closed when you leave to prevent damage that may occur due to inclement weather,

We assume no liability for the loss, theft, or damage of your personal belongings. We are not liable for any service disruptions due to a total or partial lack of utilities such as gas, electricity, water, or internet connection that are beyond our control.

Check-in is scheduled between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM.

Please note that on the day of departure, the property must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. to allow for cleaning and handover to new guests.

The agreed-upon price for your stay includes use of the accommodation, kitchen, and bathroom, as well as towels and sheets, which you will find in the bedroom or bathroom. Extra linens and special cleaning services are not included in the price.

Pets are not allowed inside the accommodation for hygiene reasons and to prevent potential allergies among other guests.
For public safety reasons, you are not permitted to allow other people into the accommodation at any time.
