Heerlijk verblijf in prachtige privé villa met unieke tuin en zwembad

We hebben het echt heerlijk gehad in de villa van Virginie. Zeer privé, alles is aanwezig en in overvloed. De tuin met zwembad is geweldig. Tijdens de warme zomerdagen kan je heerlijk vertoeven in de overdekte veranda met zit- én eetgedeelte. De villa ligt op korte afstand van het vliegveld. Daar hebben wij niet persé last van gehad. Verder ligt het in een helw ruatige buurt.

Wunderschöner Urlaub mit der Familie

Wir waren als 5 köpfige Familie für 2 Wochen im Juli 2017 dort. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt für uns und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Vermieter spricht ein gutes Englisch und war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, sowie per Telefon immer für uns verfügbar. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und dekoriert, der Außenbereich, sowie auch der Pool waren sehr gepflegt. Auf Grund der ruhigen Lage in einem kleinen Wohngebiet (Flughafen von Calvi ist in Sichtweite, hat uns aber nicht sonderlich gestört) haben wir sehr viele Stunden am Pool verbracht und waren nur 3 mal an den Stränden in der Gegend. Sehr oft führte uns unser Weg auch in die nahe gelegenen Berge, wo wir ein kühles Bad in den Flüssen genossen haben. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten/Supermärkte sind in der näheren Umgebung ausreichend vorhanden, ein Auto ist jedoch von Vorteil. Die Region von Calvi zählt für uns nach zahlreichen Korsika Urlauben, mit zu einer der landschaftlich schönsten Region auf der Insel und ist unbedingt eine Reise wert. Wir können dieses Objekt zu 100% weiter empfehlen und haben schon unseren Urlaub für 2018 wieder dort gebucht. Vielen Dank und liebe Grüße an den Vermieter.

C'est le pied

Très belle villa, très bien équipée (intérieur comme extérieur) et magnifiquement décorée. Proche de Calvi, des commerces et des plages. Propriétaires très sympatiques. Chambres adaptées plus spécifiquement pour un ou 2 couples et des enfants. Petit bémol : difficile a trouver (l'accès à la villa est mal indiqué).

Superbe Villa

C'est une superbe villa spacieuse et très bien décorée. Rien ne manque à l'extérieur comme a l'intérieur. La piscine est très agréable et convient aux petits comme au grands avec ses différentes hauteur de bassin. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. Calvi est a 5 minutes et le supermarché à 2 minutes. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et charmants. Un sans fautes. Bravo

Un merveilleux séjour !

Très belle maison et décoration.. . Une très jolie vue à la fois sur la mer et la montagne ... Une situation parfaite à côté des plages de Calvi et Lumio. Des propriétaires accueillants et charmants. Un sans faute ..à recommander sans modération :)

Très beau séjour

La maison est très bien organisée et très agréable pour les vacances : cuisine confortable, écran TV géant pour les JO, livebox, climatisation dans les chambres, réfrigérateur US avec de l'eau fraiche en permanence, BBQ au gaz très fonctionnel. L'environnement est calme, sans voisinage immédiat. L'aéroport de Calvi est proche mais ne gêne pas. Un tout petit bémol sur la piscine (grande avec plusieurs profondeurs max de 2m) qui, traitée de matière naturelle, est parfois un peu trouble. Une concession pour éviter une piscine chlorée. Un supermaché moderne, ouvert tous les jours (y compris le dimanche), est proche. Les plages (splendides) et le centre/port de Calvi sont à 15mn de voiture. Il faut compter 30mn pour l'Ile-Rousse. Il existe de nombreux sites de randonnées ou d'activité (www.interracorsa.com) à 45mn de voiture. Les propriétaires sont accueillants, agréables et disponibles en cas de besoin. La maison était très propre à notre arrivée, avec quelques attentions des propriétaires (produits corses, eau minérale, etc.) très appréciées. C'est une maison de vacances que nous recommanderions à nos amis.

Cette villa est juste magnifique, cadre au milieu des montagne avec vu sur la mer, hygiene interieur parfaite, equipement interieur haut de gamme et tres complet, piscine magnifique au milieu d'un terrain parfaitement entretenu ... sans parler de l'acceuil tres chaleureux et la dispo des proprietaire...bref je conseil vivement

Wunderschönes Haus an perfekter Lage

Wir waren als Familie dort und haben wunderschöne Ferien verbracht. Das Haus ist wirklich so schön wie auf den Bildern. Die Lage ist trotz Nähe zum Flughafen absolut ruhig. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und sorgten dafür, dass es uns ans nichts fehlte. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Es ist auch toll, dass man in kürzester Zeit an traumhaften Stränden ohne grossen Tourismus, wie auch am Fluss ist. Allerdings war der chlorfreie Pool so super, dass wir auch viel Zeit einfach beim Haus verbracht haben. Die Veranda bietet den ganzen Tag einen angenehm schattigen Ort, so dass man auch vor der Hitze fliehen konnte. Der moderne, vielfältige Aussengrill ist ebenfalls super. Für zwei Familien zusammen ist das Haus vielleicht eher weniger geeignet, da nur ein WC (ohne Dusche) separat ist. Ein WC (mit Dusche) befindet sich ohne Trenntüre im einem Schlafzimmer. Aber ansonsten wirklich ein tolles, empfehlenswertes Haus und tolle Vermieter. Ein herzliches Dankeschön.

Magnifique !

Une villa de grand standing

Ce séjour s est déroulé à merveille. Un accueil et une disponibilité des propriétaires irréprochable. Une villa décorée avec le plus grand soin pour se sentir vraiment chez soi. Rien n a été oublié!!! Des volumes spacieux. La maison est idéalement située entre plages, calvi et montagnes. Une vue remarquable sur les montagnes alentours y compris de la douche!!! Un séjour parfait. Tous les matériaux utilisés dans çette villa moderne ont été sélectionnés parmi les plus haut de gamme. Une villa que nous recommandons avec la plus grande sincérité. Les chambres sont spacieuses et une mention particulière pour la superbe cuisine. Cela fait plaisir d avoir des propriétaires aussi attentionnés. Gregory

Séjour merveilleux!

Un grand merci pour notre merveilleux séjour dans votre magnifique villa! très spacieuse et confortable! Nous avons apprécié particulièrement le calme de la campagne et la situation géographique (trés proche de Calvi et de la plage " la Ste restitude" où se trouve un délicieux restaurant " le pain de sucre".) C'est un formidable point de départ pour visiter les villages corses et pour accéder aux différentes criques et sublimes plages autour de Calvi. La décoration est très raffinée, les prestations sont haut de gamme, les pièces ont de beaux volumes et le confort incomparable...il y fait bon vivre! Les propriétaires sont vraiment charmants et nous ont indiqués de très bonnes adresses, je recommande fortement cette location!

Des vacances inoubliables !!!

Un super séjour dans cette villa neuve de standing, très au calme dans un coin de la campagne Balanaise, proche de toutes commodités (plages à 5 minutes) et de restos sympas. Propreté irréprochable et propriétaires adorables. Vivement l'année prochaine avec la réalisation de la piscine. Nous avons déjà réservé.
