The Space:

Sunset Cliffs with Ocean View offers two floors of contemporary elegance, with high-end finishes and minimalist décor in warm, neutral tones. The upper floor houses the master suite with direct terrace access, a spacious living room, a dining area with ocean views, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and coffee machine.

The lower floor features four additional suites, each with a private bathroom fitted with rain showers and marble-effect finishes, and a second living room, perfect for family gatherings. The floors are connected by an interior staircase with glass balustrade, creating an open, light-filled atmosphere.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the entire duplex, including both floors and the private terrace.

Sunset Cliffs is located within a private condominium, with parking inside the condominium grounds.

Guests also have access to the condominium’s games room, equipped with a snooker table, foosball, table tennis and squash court.



Please note: the condominium has a private pool, which will be available from 2027.
