Casa do Valle - Very comfortable house, perfectly located by the beach, amazing sea views!

It's located away from the bustle of the towns, in the idyllic of Vale Furado beach, just 10km from famous McNamara's Big Waves Spot and Nazareth City Center.

You will have the immensity of the sea just in front!

The house is amazing you can look at the lovely beach, sailboats, seagulls and wonderful sunset views.

In the beach you can find a magnificent waterfall with natural water!

This is a very nice place, you'll love the cosiness, the views, the location - perfect for families or friends and has a maximum capacity for 6 guests.

Casa do Valle Beach House

We have travelled extensively and Joao's house is easily one of the best we have experienced as a vacation property. Exceptionally well equipped, very clean, and blessed with an incredible view, Joao's beach house earned our highest approval. Joao was an absolute pleasure as a host and his recommendation for a seafood restaurant produced the best sea bass dinner my wife and I can remember. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would definitely return for our next stay in Portugal.. Joao's house has earned our highest recommendation. Joao and his wife have done a remarkable job with this property.

One of the best holidays ever

The vacation in Joaos house was perfect. Everything was more than well equipt, clean and the view and the beach nearby were perfect. Also Joao was one of the nicest hosts we ever had. Always helpful, responsive and a joy to talk to.

We loved our holiday in Portugal. The location was great, close to the ocean. Joao war very supportiv in all aspects. The pool was wonderful. des vacances formidables

Nous avons passé trois semaines formidables dans la grande maison de Joao. Tout est parfait, y compris la localisation car l’océan permet d’éviter la chaleur. La maison est très bien située, l’environnement est très calme, l'accueil et les équipements sont parfaits, la déco est très belle, tout semble neuf, impeccablement entretenu. Il faut avouer que les terrasses, la piscine, la vue exceptionnelle pourraient presque nous inciter à rester sur place, ce qui serait dommage car la région mérite largement l’exploration. Merci pour ces belles vacances, réussies en tous points.

Just great.

We loved our time at the beach house. Joao and his wife were great hosts, and it was a privilege to be able to stay in their lovely house. The local beach was terrific, as were the others nearby. The house gave us everything we wanted and needed. We took advantage of the local restaurant (Mad) and the pizza truck (Nomad) on the cliff top on several occasions. No one wanted to come home, and we will miss the sunsets, the weather, the beach, the pool, the balconies, the stars, the local area and even Joao!

Tolles Ferienhaus mit perfekter Aussicht

Das Haus bietet mit dem sehr schönen Innenhof und dem kleinen, aber sehr schön angelegten Pool, wirklich alles was man für einen perfekten Urlaub benötigt. Das Haus und der Pool wird vom sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Vermieter João + seiner Familie immer top gepflegt. Er war sicher 2 Mal die Woche bei uns um den Pool zu reinigen und hat uns einige Tipps bezüglich Essen und der tollen Umgebung gegeben. Es sind nur wenige Meter bis zum wunderschönen Strand - sicher einer der schönsten Strände die wir gesehen haben. Auch die Aussicht von den Felsen und den Hausterrassen (besonders bei Sonnenuntergang) ist eine Wucht! Wir kommen sicher irgendwann wieder!

An Unforgettable Stay Convenient to Nazare

The house is more lovely than advertised and well appointed in every way to make our stay comfortable. The views of the Atlantic and nearby cliffs were awesome and the beach was easily acceptable via a nearby stairway. Joao was a delightful host providing accurate/detailed information about the house and exacting directions to its location. He recommended eateries and nearby places to visit all of which proved to be excellent The townhouse is conveniently located near Nazare that provided a relaxing, lively backdrop for us to get to know the Portuguese way of life, enjoy delightful eateries and shopping, observe the wonders of nature with unbelievably huge waves smashing upon the beaches and dramatic cliffs. Ahh, what a perfect vacation spot! We definitely recommend this location for its accommodations, proximity to Nazare, and hospitality of our host.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit herrlicher Aussicht

Wir waren Ende August / Anfang September als Familie mit unseren Kindern im Alter von 17 und 19 Jahren in Vale Furado. Das liebevoll gestaltete und nett dekorierte Haus bietet auf 3 Stockwerken genug Platz und mit beheiztem Pool, Innenhof mit Grill und Outdoorküche viele Möglichkeiten. Die 3 Balkone bieten eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf den Atlantik - inklusive Rauschen der Wellen und Sonnenuntergänge. Der Vermieter Joao und sein Frau sind außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit und geben gerne Tipps für passende Ausflugsziele, lokale Märkte und zu empfehlende Restaurants. Phantasic house with a view

One of the houses I always wished to rent out. Just at the edge of the cliff with a phantasic view. A few stairs down to an amazing beach. The house is really great. Fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxed stay. Not only functional but with a view for details, with a very personal touch. The host is extremly careing, always approachable with a lot of really good recommendations for dinner around. Location is somehow off, so you need a car if you want to go for dinner and shopping, only some limited dinner locations in walking distance. But you just take a towel and your swimming gear and you are down at the beach within 2min. Waves are rough, but lifeguards are on duty all day long. All in all, we can fully recommend the house.

Eu nao sei onde a felicidade mora, mas suspeito que tenha vista para o mar.

Wir verbrachten 2 Wochen Ende September in dem wunderschönen Haus. Ein traumhaftes Haus, mit viel Liebe eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Terrassen in allen 3 Stockwerken mit Blick aufs Meer und romantische Sonnenuntergänge. Gute Betten. Schöne indoor und outdoor Sitzgelegenheiten und Liegestühle (Sonne oder Schatten) in jeder Ebene, sehr schöner kleiner Pool zum Relaxen. Küche sehr gut eingerichtet, Kochgeschirr reichlich. Sehr nette zuvorkommende Vermieter, die im benachbarten Ort wohnen und jederzeit ansprechbar und hilfsbereit sind. Die Umgebung ruhig und ideal für Erholung und Entspannung, Partypeople kommen eher weniger auf ihre Kosten, Ausflüge in die benachbarten kulturellen Ziele (Batalha, Tomar, Alcobaca, ..) lohnenswert. Zum langen Sandstrand gelangt man über einige Treppen, auch die Strände in der Umgebung sind zu empfehlen und sowohl mit dem Auto wie auch mit dem Fahrrad gut zu erreichen. Gutes Lokal ("Mad") in unmittelbarer Nähe, mehrere gute Lokale auch in kurzer Fahrdistanz. Insgesamt ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen und man kann erahnen wo das Glück wohnt.

Casa do vale : des vacances de rêve

Avant même notre séjour, l’hôte (João) s’est montré très disponible. A notre arrivée, il était là pour nous accueillir et nous faire découvrir la « casa do vale ». Une ardoise pour nous souhaiter la bienvenue personnalisée ainsi que des attentions posées sur la table (vin et gâteaux de la région, capsules de café). Tout est fait pour que l’accueil soit chaleureux. Les lieux sont fidèles aux photos récentes sur le site. La maison était d’une propreté rare tant à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur. La maison dispose de 3 grandes chambres toutes avec de la literie de qualité (2 vue mer et 1 côté piscine) idéale pour 6 personnes . Toutes les pièces sont décorées avec beaucoup de goût avec des objets rappelant la mer jusqu’au linge de maison, serviettes de toilettes etc.. qui sont brodés « casa do vale ». Au niveau des équipements là aussi rien à dire, il y a tout le nécessaire pour la détente ( transats, coussins, parasols etc..). La cuisine dispose de tous les accessoires, ustensiles, électroménager (balance, robot etc…). La piscine est chauffée et assez grande pour se rafraîchir. Pas de climatisation mais ce n’est franchement pas nécessaire. Joao est très réactif (réponse à un message dans la 1/2 heure et se rend sur place très rapidement si nécessaire). La maison est une des mieux située pour l’accès à la plage (a quelques mètres des escaliers qui y mènent). Nous avons passé des vacances de rêves et comptons bien revenir rapidement …merci encore à Joao et sa femme pour leur accueil.

We've rented many properties, but our favorite is without a doubt João's house.The house is superb, very clean, the bedding is excellent, absolutely nothing is missing, with the magnificent beach just downstairs. Ideally located, away from the crowds.Shops are a 5-minute drive away, bars, restaurants, Nazaré is about 20 km away, Lisbon 100 km... Everything is listed in the book written by João.A special thanks to João for his welcome, his availability, his advice, and his always cheerful communication. A very friendly family.What more can I say? If you're dreaming of a vacation with top-notch accommodations, surrounded by unspoiled nature, far from conventional seaside resorts, you can rent João's house with your eyes closed without thinking too much.Only one thing is wrong...one week is not enough...It was a pleasant surprise. Urlaub am Strand

Tolles mit vielen netten Details eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in ruhiger, traumhafter Lage. Zum wunderschönen Strand sind es knapp 4 min Fußweg über eine Treppe. Ob auf den Terrassen mit Meerblick, im Hinterhof mit einer kleinen Outdoor-Küche oder im Pool haben wir unseren Urlaub abseits des Tourismus sehr in diesem Ferienhaus genossen. Auch der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar.

Great location, Pool not operational

This is in an amazing location. Property was really clean and pretty well looked after. But we rented the property because we wanted to get out of the cold Irish weather and enjoy somewhere with a warm pool. Sadly, the pool wasn't heated when we were there. We weren't told this in advance and we found out within 5 minutes of our arrival. It spoiled the stay to be honest, and we moved on after one day there, coming back three days later for one more day. If it had been communicated in advance, we wouldn't have stayed.

Traumhaftes Haus in little paradise

Das Casa do Valle ist ein großartiges Haus am Fuße der Sackgasse, an welcher man hinunter zum Strand geht. Der Strand selbst mit seiner Steilküste ist am Besten mit einem kleinen Paradies zu beschreiben. Hier sind nur wenige Menschen anzutreffen und, wenn es dann am Wochenende doch vermehrt (aber es sind auf keinen Fall Massen) Besucher hierhin zieht, verteilen Sie sich sehr großzügig. Wenn man dann doch die Einsamkeit vorzieht, klettert man sehr einfach über einige Felsen und hat einen kilometerlangen Strandabschnitt im Süder für sich. Hier trifft man vielleicht noch mal auf einen Angler. Das Haus selbst ist wunderbar, mit ganz viel Herz und Liebe zu Details eingerichtet. Es mangelt an nichts. Das Highlight ist eine nicht einsehbare Dachterrasse.

Très belle maison, décoré avec goût. Vue magnifique sur la mer depuis les 3 terrasses. Prestation à la hauteur de nos attentes avec une très belle piscine. Très bon accueil du propriétaire prenant de nos nouvelles régulièrement. Obrigado Joao. Je recommande fortement cette location.

Tolles Haus in wunderschöner Lage

August 2020, Alex und Meike Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und außerordentlich sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es liegt in einer perfekten Lage nur wenige Schritte und Stufen vom Strand entfernt. Vom Haus aus sieht man das Meer und einen perfekten Sonnenuntergang. Der Strand ist super schön, sauber und man hat genügen Platz. Das Haus ist genau wie auf den Bildern, perfekt für uns als Familie mit drei Kindern. Joao ist ein toller und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Wir wurden mit portugiesischen Spezialitäten empfangen und können das Haus ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen.

Tolles Haus mit Meerblick und traumhaften Sonnenuntergängen

Die Kommunikation und die Buchung mit João war einfach und die Antworten erfolgten immer zeitnah. Er ist ein toller Gastgeber. Das Haus ist genau wie in der Anzeige beschrieben und sehr liebevoll und mit Geschmack eingerichtet. Bei Ankunft hat uns João mit einem kleinen Carepaket, das portugiesische Spezialitäten enthielt, empfangen und durch das makellos saubere Haus geführt und uns alles erklärt. Von den Balkonen hat man einen tollen Blick auf das Meer und die Flasche Wein aus dem Carepaket haben wir direkt am ersten Abend bei Sonnenuntergang auf dem Balkon im oberen Geschoss genossen. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Kochen braucht, Geschirr und Besteck sind ausreichend vorhanden. Das WLAN (wichtig für unsere zwei Teenager) hat sehr gut funktioniert. Der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten über eine Treppe zu erreichen. Er ist wirklich schön. In der Bucht kann man gut baden. Zum Bodyboardsurfen sollte man sich 5 Minuten ins Auto setzen und zum nächsten Strand fahren. Bei Ebbe gelangt man dorthin auch zu Fuß in ca. 30 Minuten am Strand entlang. Ist ein schöner Spaziergang. Wenn man nicht kochen möchte, kann man auch im nahegelegenen Restaurant MAD essen. Es gibt Tapas und portugiesische Gerichte. Uns hat es gut gefallen. Zum Einkaufen kann man in ca. 10 Minuten zum Intermarche in Pataias oder in ca. 20 Minuten (verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten) nach Nazaré fahren. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Vale Furado sehr genossen und können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
