The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Turn off the AC or Heat. Lock the exterior and interior balcony door.

Return key and parking passes to key rack. Snap a picture of the keys and parking tags and send in chat as part of departure duties to confirm return,

Let us know if anything is broken and that you have checked out. Optional, send a walk through video of the state of the condo before your departure.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We will request a $500 damage deposit to cover any HOA fines, damages or missing inventory, and excess electric billing over $200.

Relaxing grounds, close to shopping, over all exellent

The grounds are very clean, pool area is well maintained. The evening hours are very quiet bar a little happy hour noise in the hot tub. There are palm trees and citrus trees within the pool courtyard. The unit was easy to gain access, and well stocked with all you need for a good time. The locals are quite friendly and engaging. Shopping is just across the street. There is a dog park within the property that is fully fenced, where our pup met some new friends. I have not stayed any where else in Palm Springs area, but would highly recommend this little gem just the same.
