Recently renovated 2nd floor condo within a quiet gated community, in a prestigious neighbourhood of South Palm Springs. Minimalist mid-mod decor. Private front and rear balconies with mountain views and seating, resort like facilities with solar heated swimming pools, Jacuzzi, gym, sauna, ping pong, basket ball, pool table, and BBQ pits. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, stores, botanical gardens, hiking trails.

Fully appointed kitchen, cookery books, local guide books, board games.

Master bedroom with King bed, en suite bathroom, and TV. Guest bedroom with Queen bed, en suite bathroom, and TV. Two single floor mattresses are also available to move between rooms for additional sleeping.

Spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, adjoining dining area seats six. Fast Wi-Fi throughout the apartment, Smart TVs with Netflix, small collection of board games, cookery books, and local guide books.

Private off street parking for one car.

No smokers. No pets.

Neat doorbell cam in place on exterior of unit.

Had a fantastic stay . Condo was clean and comfortable. Had a few issues which were resolved very quickly . Enjoyed many mornings and evenings on the side deck. Great views of the mountains . Complex is well run . Highly recommend a stay here . Cindy was a wonderful helpful host . Thanks again for everything .

Great location & the Gated Community was very welcoming to both myself and my 90 Mother. The heated pools were exactly what we needed getting out of the cold from Canada. The condo was very spacious and had a full kitchen. The main living room was very comfortable with an open concept that allowed us to have guests in both the kitchen & living room.Tons of towels, linens for both bedrooms & washrooms. Everyone we met at the pool was very friendly and offered different places to see while we were visiting Palm Springs. Our home away from home. A perfect get away from our Canadian Winter. Thank you for sharing your beautiful spot with us!

Two month winter stay

Cindy was a great host and communicator. The condo was clean and suited our needs well. The large heated pool and hot tub were great and the community friendly. Cindy made check out easy and even allowed us to stay a few hours longer. The balcony looks out on the mountains. The street in front is busy and you do need to park a ways from your car but I would gladly stay here

Raised in the San Fernando Valley, I have always loved Palm Springs. When I first took my UK-born husband, he fell in love with it too. We've since bought this condo as our future retirement home but want others to enjoy it until then.

We have one son, born in 2010 and we currently live in Kent, England. We come back to California whenever we can.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with Sandstone Villas the first time we looked at a unit. Then we waited patiently for the right unit to become available and we feel like we got the best one.

What makes this property unique

On the front of the building with panoramic views of the gorgeous San Jacinto mountains. The complex is quiet and clean and well-manicured. We are close to restaurants, shops and public transportation.
