Geräumiges Ferienhaus in Hessen mit Garten

This spacious and inviting vacation home is located in the quiet village of Netze on the former Waldeck estate. With stylishly furnished interiors and generous space, it is perfect for one or even two families traveling together.

Just 5 km from the beautiful Lake Edersee, this house is the ideal starting point for summer hikes through the nearby nature park or exciting water sports activities on the lake. In winter, the ski resorts around Willingen are only a 45-minute drive away – an ideal retreat for the whole year.

A cozy fireplace in the living room and another on the first floor provide warmth and charm. The large garden with seating and an outdoor fireplace (which can also be used as a barbecue) makes the house particularly cozy. Three private parking spaces are available in the courtyard. Please note: The house is not wheelchair accessible.
Reservations for groups of persons under 18 years of age are not permitted
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged

Ein schönes Haus, ruhig gelegen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und sehr bemüht. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, dennoch finden viele Leute im Haus Platz und können bequem übernachten. Aus der Buchungsmail war nicht ersichtlich, dass man Bettwäsche anmelden muss. Die Vermieterin hat uns dennoch ausreichend Wäsche zur Verfügung gestellt. Ein kleines Manko war, dass auf den Bildern mit einem Steingrill geworben wurde, dieser war allerdings zugewuchert und wenig gepflegt. Auch eines der Badezimmer ließ sich nicht abschließen. Alles in allem haben wir den Aufenthalt genossen.

Wir waren mit 2 Familien und insgesamt 8 Personen zu Besuch. Das Haus ist gemütlich und alt und hat eine gute Aufteilung. Alles wichtige ist vorhanden. Die Kinder fanden vor allem das Baumhaus im Garten toll. Eines der Schlafzimmer unter dem Dach ist nur über eine fast leiterartige Treppe zu erreichen - für die Kinder ganz besonders toll und gut zu machen (5 - 9 Jahre). Für kleinere Kinder oder ältere Menschen wäre das allerdings nicht geeignet. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man braucht.

Rustikale Gemütlichkeit

Ein altes, gutes erhaltenes Bauernhaus, das seinen Charme versprüht. Wer modern und steril mag, wird hier nicht fündig. Wer es gerne etwas uriger, individueller und mit entspanntem Feuer im Ofen in einer ruhigen Umgebung mag ist hier genau richtig. Mit dem Auto sind es nur ca 15 min bis zum Edersee, Frau Nickel ist sehr nett und gut ansprechbar. Die Dinge, die uns aufgefallen sind, wurden von ihr sofort aufgenommen.

wunderbare, sehr ruhige Lage, freudliche Vermieterin

altes Fachwerkhaus mit entsprechende Ausstattung. Wir haben sehr ruhige und erholsame Tage mit der Familie (8 Personen mit Kindern) verbracht. Macht Lust auf mehr. auf Grund des Alters vom Haus sind natürlich einige Dinge, die mal wieder überarbeitet werden müssen, aber dennoch war alles zu unserer Zufiedenheit.
