A modern apartment with a balcony overlooking the sea, located on the first floor of a building without an elevator. The apartment features a beautiful living room with an open kitchen, furnished with a sofa and a dining table. Next is the sleeping area, consisting of a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a smaller bedroom with a bunk bed. Finally, the layout is completed by a bathroom with a shower, bidet, and toilet.

Sanremo: city of flowers, casino, and “Festival della canzone italiana” (Italian song festival). In the province of Imperia, Sanremo is the largest city on the Riviera dei Fiori and in this regard, Villa Nobel and Villa Ormond offer gardens of a certain value, created both with typical plants, exotic and rare species. Also famous for its buildings of historical and architectural value, not to be missed is the Cathedral of San Siro, the oldest religious building in Sanremo, the Russian Church, one of the most famous symbols of the city, and the Madonna della Costa Sanctuary, in Baroque style. During the stay, visit the Sanremo Casino to admire the structure and gambling halls dating back to the Second World War.

The city's emblem is the Ariston Theater, the famous stage where the Italian song festival takes place every year, or simply, a cinema that hosts shows and ballets during the rest of the year.

Make sure to leave the city after taking a walk along the Imperatrice promenade, paved with marble, adorned with palm trees, and the Spring Statue by the sculptor Vincenzo Pasquali.



The Nice and Genoa airports are one hour and two hours by car from the apartment, respectively, while the Sanremo train station is less than a 20-minute drive away.
