Superb villa in SanRemo

We really loved the fully equipped house. It is located very close to the beach. And a few minutes drive from centre of SanRemo. We received a very warm welcome, got an explanation of all facilities and things to do including personal recommendations. It is superb basis to enjoy a long relaxing holiday. And the garden is even more than perfect. Perfectly in harmony with the villa itself.

Great house for a stay in Sanremo

The house and surroundings are just awesome. Very close to the beach and not too far from Sanremo center or Taggia - walk, run or take the bike. Great well equipped kitchen with all you need to cook a great dinner IF you not going to some of the restaurants that Anna Rosa tipped about. The rooms and bathrooms are big and nice. Both(!) the living rooms are inviting. We were very well taken cared of and would definitely book Anna Rosas house if/WHEN we return to Sanremo.

Wir hatte eine schöne Zeit in der Villa. Sehr schöner großer Garten. Super Blick auf das Meer und Strand gleich am Haus. Wir würden mit 2 Autos vom Hausverwalter abgeholt, da wir kein Taxi am Tag der Anreise gefunden haben. Vielen Dank Gino Gino war auch immer für uns da und hat schnell auf alle Fragen geantwortet. Als unsere Kaffeemaschine defekt war bekamen wir am gleichen Tag Ersatz . Die Villa ist gut ausgestattet, und hat nichts gefehlt. Wir empfehlen das Haus weiter und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen.Das Haus und der Garten waren sehr gepflegt. Die Küche war super ausgestattet.Das Meer, ob am Sandstrand oder an den Klippen, war herrlich.Die Umgebung ist super mit Bus, Fahrrad oder Moped zu erkunden.Besonders hervorzuheben ist unser Gastgeber. Sehr freundlich, auf jede Frage eine Lösung und das in kürzester Zeit.Unbedingt etwas gegen Mücken mitbringen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub

Sehr schöne Lage: der Strand ist klein und war voll, aber nur eine Straßenüberquerung und 2 Treppen entfernt.Wer gern Rad fährt: Es gibt einen ausgebauten Radweg die Küste entlang. Ausflüge in die Bergdörfer sind sicherer per Auto -- und empfehlenswert!Drei Zimmer, drei Bäder: das war sehr praktisch. Nur eins der Bäder ist neu, eins wirklich sehr alt und nicht mehr ansehnlich.Die Einzel-Betten waren völlig okay, das Doppelbett gar nicht. Wir hoffen wirklich, dass zukünftige Gäste eine neue Matratze bekommen (wir haben drum gebeten)!Sauberkeit: okay, aber nicht herausragend.Der Garten ist super, es gibt 3 Terassen, das Gelände wird gepflegt und es gibt einen Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Das ist sehr nett und war total hilfreich.Insgesamt: großartiges Gelände, tolle Lage!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Anwesen ist gross und wunderschön. Die Einrichtung ist schön und zweckgemäss. Die ruhige Lage und der kurze Weg zum Strand waren für uns ideal. Strand Kultur Sport und viel Platz

Die Villa Rosa war ein Glückstreffer. Für uns (4 Kinder und 2 Erwachsene) war alles dabei, genügend Platz (3 Bäder und Schlafzimmer), große Küche und perfekte Lage (3 Gehminuten zum kostenfreien Sandstrand, direkter Zugang zur Fahrrad- und Joggingstrecke bis Imperia, fußläufige Lokale und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, schnell mit dem Auto im Zentrum). Der Empfang durch den Facility Manager und seine Familie war total herzlich, sogar mit Gastgeschenken und ersten Lebensmitteln zum Ankommen, wirklich super. Der Garten ist terrassiert und groß und für unser Kleinkind sicher absperrbar zur Straße. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und werden wieder kommen. Vielen Dank an Anna Rosa und ihr Team!!!

Einfach schön!

Das Haus ist wie beschrieben und gibt mit den 3 Schlafzimmern und dem großen Garten sehr gute Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Natürlich ist aufgrund seiner Lage auch mal der Verkehr zu hören, aber dafür kommt man in den Genuss jederzeit kurz mal ins Meer zu hüpfen. Es sind keine fünf Minuten zu Fuß und der Sandstrand ist toll und sauber. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Mille grazie gentile Signora Anna Rosa
