Comfortably furnished with a sofa, satellite TV, and a stereo system, as well as a work area with a Chromebook. The fully equipped kitchen is right next door. A terrace and a small garden are located directly at the house, along with parking.
Two bedrooms, each with two beds, are available. Ample storage space is provided. The house offers a bathroom with a shower and washing machine, as well as a guest toilet.

Rerik is a tranquil Baltic Sea resort located between Wismar and Kühlungsborn.
Several sets of steps lead down to the beach, which slopes gently into the water.
The "Salzhaff" lagoon offers a small marina and attractive restaurants along the inviting promenade.
