Located in the charming village of Prat de Comte, in the heart of the Terra Alta region, this spacious country house is ideal for families and groups of up to 12 guests. Surrounded by nature, it offers easy access to the famous Greenway, local wineries, and some of the most beautiful hiking trails in southern Catalonia.

The House:
The property offers generous communal spaces, including 2 separate living rooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens, 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and 1 additional toilet, providing plenty of comfort and privacy for large groups.

Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: King-size bed with en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: Double bed.
Bedroom 3: Double bed.
Bedroom 4: Double bed + single bed.
Bedroom 5: Bunk bed + single bed, perfect for children.
Fresh bed linen is provided for all guests.

Bathrooms:
The house features 3 full bathrooms and 1 additional toilet. Towels, shower gel, and shampoo are included.

Garden & Outdoor Areas:
Enjoy a large private outdoor space with shaded areas, a double barbecue, and a spacious open area perfect for relaxing, dining outdoors, or spending quality time with family and friends.

Perfect for Families:
The house has been specially prepared for families with children.
We provide a baby cot and stroller free of charge. If you would like to use them, please let us know before your arrival so we can have everything ready for you.
Children will love the outdoor playhouse, the large open spaces for playing, indoor entertainment areas, and a selection of board games for the whole family.
The house also includes a washing machine, making it ideal for longer stays and family holidays.

Pets:
Up to 2 pets are welcome.
For their comfort, the property includes an outdoor dog house and feeding bowls.

House Rules:
• No smoking inside the house.
• No parties, events, or stag/hen celebrations.
• Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

Other Things to Note:
Charcoal and firewood for the barbecue are available upon request for an additional fee.
If you would like to use the barbecue during your stay, please let us know before your arrival so we can have everything prepared for you.

Tourist Tax & Security Deposit:
Before arrival, guests will be asked to pay the Catalan tourist tax (€2.15 per person, per night), applicable to guests aged 17 and over, for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.
A refundable €150 security deposit is also required before check-in.
Both payments are processed through a secure online payment link. The security deposit will be refunded after check-out, once the property has been inspected.
