About this property

A magnificent large penthouse home in beautiful Port Ludlow, Washington, with stunning views of the bay and the marina. Just a stones throw from the water. Close to the Jefferson County Airport, a short drive to beautiful Port Townsend, Sequim, Silverdale, Paulsbo and the Seattle and Kingston ferry.

Ferries include Bainbridge to Seattle, Kingston to Edmonds and Port Angeles to Victoria Canada. Walk to the marina, indoor pool, jacuzzi or tennis courts. Or launch kayaks from just outside your door! Kayaks included! Close to everything you want on the Olympic Peninsula.

Home is 3 bedrooms with a giant loft to sleep even more. Parking for two cars. Menus of local restaurants, hiking maps and listings of things to do, included. We have tried to take the work out of planning for you!

Home has new floors, paint, and furniture. Kitchen is fully stocked with all you need to get started, spices a bottle of wine and water. Washer and dryer included. Fresh high quality linens and towels. Very quiet complex. to get you started.Enjoy the patio while you cook your crab on a new grill and light the fire pit dining table! There is unlimited hiking access on the Olympic peninsula, or just relax and watch the birds and boats go by.

We love pets but no pets allowed. There is a 30 day minimum and up to 90 days or we can talk long term as well. Look forward to hearing from you.

Lovely Getaway on the water

This property is exactly as described. We stayed here for three months while doing business in Poulsbo. John was a great host and very responsive. He even put a wood stove in for us before our stay. Wake up to beautiful and peaceful views of the harbor with deer, eagles and otters to watch from your deck and picture windows. We would definitely stay here again.

Our property is our home and we travel back and forth to the Bay Area and Southern Ca to visit family. Port Ludlow is beautiful and we wanted to retire there. It is set up for you to enjoy when we are away. It is central to all things PNW.
