Why they chose this property
We were stationed at nearby Hill Air Force Base and really enjoyed skiing at Powder Mountain. When they built these condos, we knew we wanted in. We've been owners since its very early days in 1987. We didn't get back much for many years with careers that took us all over. Now retired, we've been going back every other year. Powder Mountain Ski Area has grown, but still maintains a great vibe. It is for skiers.
What makes this property unique
Utah powder is legendary for a reason. Other resorts have the powder, of course, but Ppw Mow is a big mountain that people don't know about - yet. You can go there on a weekday and almost never wait in line. There is a lot of great terrain for all abilities. Go there for the skiing. That may sound silly, but that's why you go there. Apres ski here is "pass out" from exhaustion because you don't want to stop. Skiing has gotten expensive ($149 at Jackson Hole!) but Pow Mow was $89, I recall, with discounts for military and others.
