Fully remodeled and modernized last year. Large waterfront condo in old Naples in 33 unit resort. Includes free WiFi and free use of bicycles, fishing gear, beach towels, weekly cleaning and grill. Concierge. Fully equipped kitchen includes dishwasher and disposall. Onsite waterfront pool, Jacuzzi, and tiki bar. 10 minutes walk to Naples beach and downtown naples restaurants and shops. Plenty of free parking onsite. You won’t find anything else like this in Naples. Fabulous location. Minimum stay is one week Saturday to Saturday.

You won’t find anything quite like this in one of the most sought after destinations in Florida. Gorgeous beach, golf, fishing, cultural activities, beautiful surroundings in historic Naples. We normally use this property ourselves but this coming winter are unable to go.
What makes this property unique
We fell in love with this place the first time we saw it. You will too! Quiet and peaceful in best location in Naples. Walk to everything. Walk or bike to the beach for sunset, or check out downtown restaurants and shops. Fish, swim, golf, shop, dine- it’s all here and it’s wonderful!
