We would like to welcome you to relax with us and enjoy sunsets from our patio overlooking the pool in our beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom heated pool house that sleeps 6. The home is located in north naples only minutes driving to Vanderbilt beach and some of the best beaches in the US also 8 miles to barefoot beach another great beach and the home is near all shopping areas and great restaurants when time to dine out. The house is tastefully decorated with all high quality new furniture to enjoy. The master bedroom with walk in closet has its own bathroom and king size bedroom set. The 2nd room comes with a queen size bedroom set and the 3rd room come with 2 twin beds. All beds have Bed Bug Allergy Mattress Protectors. The house has free high speed internet with free WI-FI… also has 3 large flat screen TV with a DVD player and Xfinty cable TV in the family room and a king room and queen room . Comfortable couches to lounge and relax on after a long day from the beach. There also is a living room area with another set of couches to entertain guest as well as a dining room table that seats 6. The kitchen has a breakfast table nook, kitchen comes fully stocked with all cooking needs, it also has granite counter tops and dish waster and microwave ice and water refrigerator. All the appliances are stainless steel. We have a laundry room with washer and dryer as well as a sink. There is iron and ironing board as well. There are sliding doors on both sides of the house that lead to the patio where the pool sits. Around the pool is a lounger chair and other patio chairs to relax on. Are home is located in a nice quiet and safe neighborhood. This is a vacation house I'm sure you would love and appreciate what it has to offer. If you would like the pool to be heated there is extra charge of $80.00 week charge for pool heat.

Great!

The home was clean and located in a convenient location. The pool was perfect to dip in after a day at the beach. They had floats and beach chairs and everything we needed for vacation. Would definitely come again!

Another Great Stay In Naples

This is our second time at this property. Anton the owner is great, quickly answers any questions and was very helpful. The home is clean and has everything you need. We pay a little extra for the pool heat and find it well worth it. The pool is always nice and warm. The house is located close to the beach and shopping, great location on a quiet block.we would definitely book there again.

Lovely house, quiet neighborhood

The house was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The pool was beautiful, and we were glad we chose the option to have it heated for our February trip. We really enjoyed it. The neighborhood was very nice and a short drive to the State Park.
