The holiday apartment in Seepark Sellin offers comfortable accommodation for up to four people on 50 square meters and is located on the second floor of the "Haus Baabe" building. It is easily accessible by elevator.

As a special bonus, guests enjoy three hours of free daily access to the swimming pool at the AHOI Water Park and Adventure World (excluding June 29th to September 14th, 2026). Starting Easter 2026, guests can also enjoy a modern fitness center with free use of all training facilities – ideal for combining activity and relaxation.

The apartment features a bedroom, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a cozy living area with a flat-screen TV. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a filter coffee machine and microwave, perfect for cooking together. Bed linens are included, Wi-Fi is available, and the balcony offers a relaxing space. An underground parking space, bicycle storage, and a bread delivery service provide added convenience.

The central location means everything is within easy reach: shops, a bakery, and the AHOI Water Park and Adventure World are all just 50 meters away. The beach and pier are approximately 900 meters away, and the ferry terminal is also easily accessible. Mini-golf and a bus stop are located nearby.

A security deposit of €200 is required for the apartment and will be refunded upon its proper return within 5 business days.
