Located at Payday, this condo has been completely remodeled. This unit has been fitted with all brand new furnishings, linens, and appliances. Before your arrival the home will be cleaned thoroughly by our professional cleaning team.

Master Bedroom: Indulge in comfort with a luxurious King-sized bed accompanied by a flat-screen TV. The ensuite bathroom features both a rejuvenating shower and a relaxing tub, offering a choice for unwinding after a long day.
Second Bedroom: Enjoy the elegance of another King-sized bed with an ensuite bathroom equipped with a shower and a tub, providing a luxurious and comfortable stay.
Third Bedroom: A cozy Queen-sized bed awaits in this room with an ensuite featuring a refreshing shower, ensuring a comfortable and convenient space.
Loft Area: Perfect for flexible accommodation needs, the loft offers a Twin bed along with an extra Twin bed, ideal for additional guests or lounging in a comfortable space.
**LOCATION**
You are a short 5 minute drive from shopping, groceries and leisure activities. You will need a car in this location. Ski resorts are located just minutes away with Deer Valley Resort and Park City Ski Resort within a 10 minute drive.

**GETTING AROUND**
You won't need a car to get around. It's 0.2 mile walk to the Silver Star Lift on Park City Resort. We're also located on the free bus route that will take you anywhere you need to go in Park City. If you want a car please contact us for car rental information and recommendations.

**AMENITIES**
Our home is outfitted with the best furnishing to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Brand new TVs, couches, beds, linens, washer/dryer, kitchen utensils, plus a projector TV downstairs in the family room. The unit is fully equipped with towels, linens, cutlery and cooking utensils. You will find everything you need to make this condo your home throughout your stay. Relax by the gorgeous gas fireplace in the front room and be fully connected with WiFi and cable TV in main room and all bedrooms..

Convenient location for lift, but not the cleanest place

Good guys trip spot, but hot tub was very dirty, low on water, and had beer cans all around it. They stated it's managed by a third party. They were prompt in response, but couldn't have someone come fix until next morning which all in all was fine. The space inside just hasn't seemed like it was cleaned thoroughly in awhile and lots of paint chipped etc. overall good spot for a guys trip; however, if you are more than 4 or so people the additional beds at top are on the floor and very small, so I wouldn't recommend a super large group.

review of payday

Payday was in a nice location. It was a nice size for our group of skiers. Matthew, who ran the rental agency was very helpful in trying to accommodate all the issues we ran into. However, when we arrived, it appeared that the unit had not been cleaned in a while and there were dead bugs on the bedspreads and floors. They did have someone come in to clean this up for us promptly after we notified them. The hot tub was also off limits due to structural damage to the deck and we found this out just a few hours prior to getting there. That was really unfortunate as we were all looking forward to it after long days of skiing. The microwave and dish washer were also broken. They brought in an extra microwave the next day but all pots dishes needed to be washed by hand. We still had a great time skiing and Matthew was efficient in helping to get things taken care of. I do wish these issues had been addressed prior to our arrival to maximize our time there and not have to keep calling Matthew about issues.

Fantastic location

The proximity to the Silver Star lift is a game changer - makes it easy to pop in and out for lunch, snack time Hot tub ( after initial issue ) was the cherry on the cake. So nice to hope in after a long day on the slopes. The house was very comfortable. Be aware that the loft above the queen bed room is tiny and the twin beds are mattresses on the floor. Very kid friendly but not good for adults
