Great location and the double oven was cool! Easy to get to lift across the street, plus on a golf course! Loved the wood burning fireplace too! Nice hot tub, porches, balconies, and more! Three bathrooms was a big plus too!
Location is a 2 minute drive to the ski mountain parking/drop-off, so very convenient, though, we could walk, too. Hot tub was perfect! Amenities and supplies were all great. We'd definitely stay here again!
We enjoyed our stay! The unit is very spacious and clean. It is a short 5 minute walk to the Sliver Star lift for downhill skiing. We will look to book this location again for future trips to Park City.
Very comfortable and great location. Enjoyed watching the cross country skiers right outside the living room window. Having a wood burning fireplace was a plus. The kitchen had all of the amenities (minus a microwave, but we survived!). Our family of 5 had plenty of room to relax. The entrance to the Park City Mountain resort wasn't too far, about a 7-10 minute walk or a short drive. Owner was very responsive to our needs. Highly recommend.
Condo was perfect for family ski trip. The location was close to the bus stop which made getting to the mountain easy. Will definitely stay here again.
We were so grateful for an easy location to ski Park City. The five minute walk to the lift was no problem. The proximity to the main drag of Park City was nice too. The unit was super comfortable and had everything we needed. We forgot to print out our parking pass - so my one suggestion is to have a pass available in the unit. Otherwise, everything was great!
The place was great overall - clean, spacious, well-stocked kitchen and great for each room to have a bathroom (though the person on the 3rd floor has to come all the way down to the main floor to go to the bathroom). Two things: 1) It is not ski-in-ski-out as advertised, you do have to walk about 8 minutes (and take an elevator) to get to the Silver Star lift (which is totally fine and was great, but don't advertise as ski-in-ski-out!); 2) The hot tub is very old, was quite dirty, and didn't work the first night of our stay. Thankfully the house manager came and got it working temperature-wise the second day, but it was still dirty. This was really disappointing, as we picked this place and paid a premium for those two qualities!
Family ski trip first week of January. The unit was exactly as described and good value for the money. Trip was fun but snow wasn't great. And the slopes were crowded. Also the lift nearest the condo was closed but the bus stop is very nearby and easy to use.
The condo is spacious and clean. It literally has everything you need, so if you forget something - they probably have it. The closest lift was closed due to there being no snow, but the shuttle is easy and you can also reserve a parking space at the mountain. We got frustrated with trying to eat out so we just bought food and cooked in, so the grill was great to have. Highly recommend this beautiful condo!!!
We had a couple of issues upon arriving at the property but the owner and property manager quickly fixed them and the rest of our stay was very pleasant. Make sure you get a parking pass, the parking lot is small and we found people poaching spots to ski for the day then leaving.
It is not truly ski in ski out, but the walk to the lift isn’t very long. Maybe 600-800 ft, few minute walk from door to elevator (to the lift).
Owner and property manager are very responsive and easy to work with.
We had a great time and the property was exactly as described and comfortable. Our host was very helpful and responsive. This was a wonderful stay. Thank you!
The condo was clean and well maintained. Communication from the owner was very prompt. This place fits our needs perfectly for our group! The only additional amenity that would have been nice is a microwave.
The unit was incredibly clean with a great-sized kitchen and plenty of beds. We were able to walk to the chair in 2 minutes and the host's recommendations for days when we weren't skiing were fantastic. The hot tub was integral to our stay and had breathtaking views of the surrounding valley. Some small things to note is that there is only one parking spot and it is not super walkable to downtown if you are attempting to do that. Otherwise, it was a great place to spend the weekend skiing and celebrating with my friends.
The condo was in a great location with a 5 to 10 minute walk in ski boots to an elevator that brought us right to the Silver Star lift. We left the skis on the rack and easily returned to the condo for lunch. In the evening, we were able to take a starlit walk to Squatters to enjoy a great meal and a few of the local beers. All-in-all a great place to stay with 5 days of skiing in Park City!
This property was perfect for our annual ski trip to Park City. The unit was clean and well appointed and the owner was a pleasure to work with.

Ok Place for Money
The place could definitely use some upgrades, but I guess we should have expected that for the price we paid. Main floor bathrooms were really outdated. Common kitchen features missing, like a microwave and garbage disposal. The 3rd bedroom is a long journey up stairs (which is a pain after skiing all day) and you need to hike down to second level to use the bathroom. I wouldn’t call it a ski in/out - the closest lift Silver Star wasn’t operating during our stay and even that would have been a hike to get to. However, it is a 2-3 minute drive to PC parking lot, if you get out there early enough. The host was great and very responsive.
