Here you’ll find a selection of independent shops and places to eat, plus two well-regarded, 18-hole golf courses. Kinross sits on the beautiful banks of Loch Leven, and walkers and cyclists will love the Loch Leven Heritage Trail which encircles the loch, offering around 13 miles of scenic views from a level trail which includes picnic spots and bird hides. In the summertime, visitors can take a ferry from Kinross Pier to see the ruins of Loch Leven Castle on a small island in the loch – where Mary, Queen of Scots was imprisoned in 1567. For a day out in the city, with great shops and places to eat, Perth is just 16 miles away.

This escape has been thoughtfully designed with tranquil, co-ordinating colours, high-quality, modern furnishings and beautiful artworks, lighting and accessories. The spacious double bedroom has a lovely balcony with a bistro set, ideal for a morning coffee or a sundowner as you admire the views. Completing this fabulous interior is a family shower room.

French doors in the lounge lead directly out onto the large deck, which has steps down to the fully enclosed garden. A gravel path leads you to a private hot tub and a paved dining area with a charcoal BBQ. The huge lawn is ideal for family games or for dogs to run freely as adults enjoy the fresh air and sunshine.
