Step inside to a cosy and welcoming sitting room, complete with comfortable seating and a dining table for four, ideal for enjoying a takeaway from one of Chichester's many excellent restaurants and cafés. To the rear of the cottage, you'll find a delightful, well equipped kitchen with everything needed for a self catered stay, including an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, and cafetière. A washing machine, iron, and ironing board are also provided for your convenience.
On the first floor, the spacious front facing double bedroom offers ample storage for clothing and personal belongings. Also on this floor is the family bathroom, featuring a bath with a shower attachment. Continue up to the second floor to discover the second bedroom, furnished with two comfortable single beds.
One of the cottage's standout features is its charming enclosed walled garden. A wonderful sun trap, it offers plenty of outdoor seating, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee, a leisurely afternoon, or a glass of wine in the evening sunshine.
