The Neighborhood:
The historic city is right on your doorstep, with the medieval Cathedral and the ancient Roman City Walls, galleries, museums, the Festival Theatre and Chichester University. There are plenty to choose from in the way of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. The coast, with its glorious beaches and harbour creeks, is just 15 minutes drive away, and the Southdowns with numerous walks and cycle paths is the same distance. The property is also ideally placed for Goodwood events, such as Goodwood Revival and Festival of Speed.

Getting Around:
Chichester's bus and train station is a 10 minute walk away. Should you choose to arrive by car, there is a garage space for one small car. For more than one or larger cars there is a car park next to the house.

As an old townhouse, the property has very steep and narrow stairs. Please always supervise children on the stairs and use them with care. There are also low beams by the stairs, so mind your head.
