Located within the stunning Velebit Nature Park, this holiday home offers the perfect combination of nature, comfort, and excellent access to some of Croatia's most spectacular natural attractions.
The location is one of the property's greatest advantages. Situated in Zadar County, the house is an ideal base for exploring several renowned national and nature parks, including Paklenica National Park, Krka National Park, Plitvice Lakes National Park, Northern Velebit National Park, and Telašćica Nature Park. Whether you enjoy hiking, cycling, sightseeing, or simply relaxing in nature, you'll find endless opportunities nearby.
The house comfortably accommodates 4+2 guests in two cozy double bedrooms, each furnished with a 160 x 200 cm bed and extendable sofa in the living room. Pets are welcome, allowing the whole family to enjoy a memorable holiday together. A pet fee of €10 per day per pet applies.
Guests can unwind on the spacious 40 m² terrace, perfect for outdoor dining, sunbathing, or enjoying peaceful evenings surrounded by nature. For added relaxation, a private jacuzzi is available for guests who wish to use it.
The garden offers a special Mediterranean touch, with an almond tree and a fig tree. During the season, guests are welcome to pick and enjoy the fresh almonds and figs straight from the garden.
A separate outdoor entertainment area features a small kitchen and a traditional stone fireplace (barbecue), providing the perfect setting for preparing grilled meals and enjoying authentic Dalmatian evenings with family and friends.
The nearest sandy beach is only 500 meters away, making it easy to enjoy crystal-clear waters and beautiful seaside views just a short walk from the property.
