PRIVATE Family Home w Views & Hot Tub on 1+ Acre!

This mountain home is has just been renovated complete with a luxury hot tub & amazing views! This single family home is just outside of Fraser, and just 7 miles from Winter Park ski resort. Fully stocked, this is our mountain home. We only list it for short-term rentals at Xmas each year.

The mountain home is in a quiet, tucked away neighborhood bordering open space; deer, foxes, bears, and moose are likely visitors. There are only 11 houses on our county road (but it is maintained by the county, so still easy access). Feel like you’re away from it all while still being only 3 minutes to the Fraser River Trail, 5 minutes to the town of Fraser and Safeway, 12 minutes to Winter Park resort, and 20 minutes Granby!

Great location!

Great location and easy to find. Close to Frazer yet lots of privacy too! Super quick drive to Winter Park Ski Resort. Nice house to accommodate a large family while the upstairs and downstairs allows families to gather or have privacy/quiet time.

Christmas 2022

Our first Christmas vacation away from home was a good one. This house was just big enough for 10 and was perfectly located for skiing, dining and relaxing. We got 2 feet of snow during the week and the roads and driveway stayed maintained and safe. I would stay here again.

Everything was wonderful. Comfy beds, excellent kitchen with all the needed staples, and great proximity to Fraser/WP and the mountain. They were even kind enough to have a Christmas tree up for us! Literally it could not have been a better stay. Would love to come again!

Great Scenery, location and quiet!

Great place to stay in. Has everything you need and great location to get to Winter Park, Granby, and Grand Lake. Tom was very helpful and guided us on how to get to his place. It is very quiet and beautiful scenery. Also has good places to go for walks close by. Would recommend this place to anyone who wants a great get away.

A view that does not disappoint.

We loved the location of this property and it’s surrounding beauty. It is nestled up on a hill that has a wonderful view from the deck. Mountain daisies surround the house. At night, light pollution is so low that the stars just seem within reach. Indescribable. Great property with everything we needed. Thomas recommended some great hikes. A couple minor items need attention (sticky screen door) but he was aware and has plans to tackle them soon. Nothing that affected fully enjoying our stay. Comfortably house 8 of us and 2 pups. If you’re a hiker or trail-runner, there are a series of great trails just 2 miles up the road. (Ridge Trail)
