• Main Entrance: You will have access to the condominium's main entrance gate using the physical key secured inside the exterior lockbox.

• Laundry Facilities: You will have access to the building's common laundry area equipped with a washer and dryer, available for your convenience during medium or long-term stays.

• Rooftop Terrace: The building features a basic, open-air terrace space on the top floor that includes an outdoor table and an additional half rest room available for your use.

Access Restrictions:

• For security and privacy reasons within the condominium, access to other apartments or technical maintenance areas is strictly prohibited.

• The apartment is located in a low-rise building without an elevator, so access requires climbing stairs.

We love providing our guests with complete privacy and independence, which is why access to both the building and the apartment is 100% autonomous. We will not be physically present during your check-in or throughout your stay.

The apartment is located in an exclusive residential building with a low-rise layout that does not feature an elevator. Reaching the unit strictly requires climbing stairs, so it may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility or exceptionally heavy luggage.

Urban Environment and Noise:

Being in a prime, highly central location right on the border of Historic Downtown and Colonia Americana means normal city ambient noise (traffic, pedestrians, or nearby businesses) may be noticed, especially on weekends. If you are a light sleeper, we recommend keeping this in mind.

Access Security:

To preserve the safety of all condominium residents, it is a strict requirement to lock the exterior gate's lockbox and scramble the code combination immediately after using the physical keys.

Damage and Deep Cleaning Charges:

We take pride in delivering the space in pristine condition. The cleaning fee covers standard post-stay housekeeping. Severe neglect requiring deep cleaning due to bodily fluids (such as vomit) or permanent damage to the linens and towels will result in automatic financial penalty charges as detailed in our house rules.
