Set in glorious countryside, only 20 minutes from the Dalmatian coast, this delightful villa can sleep up to 6 people. With a private pool and secluded garden, it makes the perfect escape for friends and family who want to explore southern Croatia.

The single-storey villa includes a cosy living room, furnished with a sofa, armchairs and a large, flat-screen TV. Two steps lead from the living room up to the separate kitchen. This is well-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and fridge/freezer. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen.

In the warmer months, guests can use the second outdoor kitchen that includes an American-style fridge, a cooker, oven, microwave and a dishwasher.

The fenced garden includes shaded areas and a private pool. Here, guests can relax on sun loungers after a refreshing dip or doze in the shade under one of the umbrellas. There is also a veranda furnished with tables and chairs for relaxed meals al fresco.

Location
In southern Croatia, the villa is set in a stunning landscape, surrounded by farmland and forest, with the backdrop of high hills which offer excellent hiking and cycling routes. Heading to the coast, visitors are spoiled for choice with Croatia’s famously beautiful beaches.

Guests are only 15 minutes from the historic town of Biograd Na Moru. One of the capital cities of Croatia in the Middle Ages, the town is packed with history. For catering, a visit to the local market is a must. It is open every day from 7.00am until 6.00pm (until 1.00pm on Sunday). Here you will find the freshest local fruit and vegetables. There are also supermarkets and other grocery shops in the town. The town’s restaurants serve excellent regional food.

The beautiful coastal city of Zadar is 40 minutes away. Here visitors can enjoy 3,000 years of history, with a fantastic contemporary restaurant scene, quieter beaches and a vibrant street market open Monday to Saturday.

Bird-watchers will enjoy Vrana Lake nature reserve (25 minutes), where they can spot a wide variety of birds in the wetlands.

Zadar International Airport is a 30-minute drive.
