Le Vele della Contea is a beautiful detached villa set within a meticulously maintained private garden featuring a lush lawn, colourful flowers, palm trees, and Mediterranean vegetation. At the heart of the outdoor area is a stunning swimming pool with a teak wood sun deck, perfect for cooling off and enjoying relaxing moments on the sun loungers or in the shade of the parasols. A convenient outdoor shower is also available by the pool.

The spacious outdoor areas are designed to make the most of life in the open air. A large patio, furnished with a comfortable garden lounge, a swing seat, and a dining table, provides the perfect setting for breakfasts, lunches, and dinners with family and friends. The covered veranda, equipped with a barbecue area, completes the outdoor space, making it ideal for enjoyable summer evenings.

The villa enjoys a strategic location: just a few hundred metres away lies Sampieri, one of the most charming seaside villages on the Sicilian coast, renowned for its golden beaches, crystal-clear sea, and picturesque rocky shoreline, perfect for snorkelling enthusiasts.

Moreover, within just a few minutes' drive, you can visit the magnificent Baroque towns of the Val di Noto, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, including Modica, Scicli, and Ragusa Ibla, all rich in history, art, and tradition.

The villa features a bright living area with a lounge, furnished with a single sofa bed, and a fully equipped adjoining kitchen.
The sleeping area consists of two spacious triple bedrooms, each with a double bed and a single bed. Both rooms are air-conditioned (heating/cooling) and feature a private en-suite bathroom with a shower, ensuring maximum comfort and privacy for guests.
