This modern house is located on a plot of 800 sqm. There is a private pool (5x12 m; 1.5 - 2.5 m deep), a covered and an open porch and a large garden. An outdoor shower is also at your disposal.
'Villa Gelsomino' cosists of: ground floor with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 with shower, 1 with bath), kitchen and living area with open fireplace. On the upper floor (open space) are 1 bedroom and a studio. House, pool and grounds are private and used exclusively by the guests.
The house has high quality, comfortable and tasteful furnishings. There is air conditioning for summer and winter. The center is approximately 4 km away, to the sandy beach it's 1.6 km (linear distance 700 m).
The location is very quiet and very well maintained. Great area for walkers and joggers. No traffic in front of the house. You can easily park on the property under the carport. The property is completely fenced. This area of Sicily is famous for its wide and long beaches. Due to the mild temperatures (winter average of +15 degrees C) you can enjoy the sea over the whole year.

Très bon séjour dans cette villa très bien aménagée. Au calme, elle est proche de Scicli, Raguse....
Deux semaines passées entre amis dans cette villa bien aménagée. Au calme, nous avons pu apprécier le jardin, la grande terrasse couverte et la piscine et son pool house (troisième salle de bain). La villa est située à cinq minutes de Donnalucata avec ses commerces, sa plage et ses restaurants. Depuis Donnalucata, il est facile de visiter la région Scicli, Raguse, Noto, Syracuse, Catane, l'Etna et Taormine...
Merci à la propriétaire Alessia et à Luana et Vicenzo (Agence) pour l'accueil chaleureux qu'ils nous ont accordé mais aussi pour leur aide et leur disponibilité pour nous aider à retrouver un bagage perdu lors du vol aller.
En résumé, un séjour parfait.
