The property is just a short drive from the pleasant village of Llannefydd (0.5 miles), with its own pretty pub. Pop to the historic market town of Denbigh (6.5 miles) with eateries and independent shops, and the beach at Abergele (7 miles) is just a short drive away and offers lots of seaside fun. Head west to Colwyn Bay (14 miles), the pretty cobbled streets of Conwy (19 miles), or the lovely beach and Victorian pier at Llandudno (21 miles). Walk the Conwy Castle Walls, reach the top of the Great Orme by foot or cable car, go go-karting at Glan y Gors or join the coastal path for majestic sea views, all within 22 miles. Within easy driving distance are the northern edge of Snowdonia National Park (17.5 miles) and the fantastic National Trust’s Bodnant Garden (21 miles).
Enter through the oak beamed porch into the snug with comfortable sofas, a contemporary wood burner effect electric fire and Smart TV, a lovely space to relax and unwind after a long day out. Walk through to the breathtaking kitchen with wonderful oak beams, granite work tops and a range of fantastic equipment, with the dining table taking centre stage, perfect for everyone to gather round and enjoy time together over a meal. This beautiful room flows through to the lounge, flooded with natural light and fabulous views. Relax on the velvet sofas, open the bi-folding doors to let the outside in and plan your holiday activities. For cosy nights in, light the wood burner, and after dinner play board games for your evening’s entertainment, watch a film on the Smart TV or head outside to the games barn. Heading back through to the kitchen there is a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, leading to a shower room with shower and WC. Also, on the ground floor is a king-size bedroom with Smart TV and stylish en-suite wet room and WC. Proceeding upstairs to the first floor, there are another three bedrooms to choose from, two of the rooms have double zip-and-link beds (which can be made up as twins on request), both have Smart TVs and an en-suite shower room and WC. The third bedroom is the charming master bedroom with a Smart TV, private balcony and super views of the countryside. Enjoy a leisurely bath or shower in the en-suite bathroom with roll-top bath, separate shower and WC, and enjoy a good night’s sleep in the king-size bed with wonderful views to wake up to.
Heading outside, which certainly echoes the quality of the inside, there is a large patio area with seating, your own private hot tub and the games barn with table tennis. Simply relax and unwind as you enjoy a truly magical break here. There is also an outside shower, gas BBQ for al fresco dining and an enclosed garden.
