Oceanfront Condominium! A panorama ocean and inlet views from your own balcony. This adorable newly upgraded 6th floor unit has a truly amazing view of the sun gracefully rising from the ocean and the moon catapulting into the sky. Walking distance to the boardwalk, Hereford lighthouse, entertainment centers and the famous seawall, Etc.

The Regency Tower offers first-class amenities, including a huge heated rooftop (on the 2nd floor) swimming pool (Open from Memorial Day - Irish weekend), a huge sun deck with umbrellas, tables, chairs and BBQ grills (summer season only). Elevators. Coin-operated washer & dryers are available on each floor (Remember to bring your coins and detergent, if interested) . 1 car off-street free parking. Central A/C (summer season only), the building switches from AC to Heat during the off season (Oct 15th-May 15th).

A Queen-size bed and a pull-out sofa bed (Queen size) are separated by double pocket doors for privacy. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen including a refrigerator, 4-burner stovetop with an oven, a microwave, a tea kettle, a toaster, a blender, a Keurig, a drip coffee maker . The kitchen also equipped with cooking utensils, dishes, and cookware.

Summer Season (May 1st through Sept 30th) Wi-Fi and 2 Cable TVs in unit. Off Season (Oct 1st through Apr 30th) Cable TV only in the living room and Wi-Fi in the Regency Towers Lobby only.

Linens (Sheets/Blankets/Pillows), towels (Beach/Bath), toiletries & beach supplies are NOT PROVIDED. These items will need to be brought by the guest. You may rent them from a local rental company who will drop them off & pick them up directly at the unit.

Can't say enough good things about our stay. The unit was well equipped with everything needed plus many extras. The cleaning crew did a great job getting the unit ready for guests. Wonderful views of the ocean and sun rise. Just steps away from the ocean. Parking was very convenient. Never had to worry about finding a spot after going out.

Great little beach condo

This condo was perfect for us. We stayed for a quick weekend getaway and we enjoyed the balcony views! The place is clean, easy to find and check in, and super close to the beach. We walked all over, and it was easy to get everywhere from the condo. We had everything we needed and communication with the host was fast and easy!

Awesome experience being so close to the shore, with a heated pool, and only a few miles away from the boardwalk. Highly recommend for family of 4 or less!

Wonderful Vacation

The condo fit all our needs and was extremely convenient to all we wanted to do. It was just steps away from the the most beautiful beach! We went after Labor Day and had the beach to ourselves most days. The owner, Maggie was a joy to work with.

Summer family reunion

Maggie’s lovely condo had everything we needed for a week long vacation. The place was perfect in every way: decor, location, convenient and amenities. The lobby pool area is a huge advantage. We will be returning and telling everyone about Maggie’s place.

Tehe property was beautiful and close to everything. The owner paid attention to so many small details— the various chargers for cell phones, board games in the drawer, a welcome basket with snacks…all very much appreciated! Regency Tower North Wildwood

Check in was easy. Communication with Maggie, the owner, was very good. She checked to make sure everything was ok when we got there and left us a welcome basket. The unit was VERY clean, in a great location and very nicely decorated. My husband and I would definitely rent again.

We had a wonderful time in this lovely beach condo. Great decorations and just enough room to sit back and relax! Beautiful ocean views from balcony! Great location, with many walk to restaurants and bars. The owners thought of everything. Sad to be home, but with great weather and accommodations, I will be thinking of next year’s vacation plans early!

Adorable condo. Scrupulously clean. Cute decorations. Balcony had lovely views of beach and bay. Unit had nice snacks and info about area. Host was gracious and very attentive and available. I highly recommend.
