Location! Location! Location! The Summer Sands Condominiums are beach front in Wildwood Crest! No busy streets to cross!

Just step out the door of our condo and you’re hit with the amazing ocean views! There is a large oceanfront sun deck next to the unit that in the summer months you can sit and enjoy a morning cup of coffee, dinner or a glass of wine.

The complex also offers:
- On site property management during the summer months,
- An elevator with luggage carts,
- Bicycle racks
- Five sundecks,
- New on sight coin and phone app operated laundry located on each floor,
- Two heated swimming pools ***Closed during the winter, reopen Memorial Day***,
- 6 commercial barbecue Weber gas grills *** Closed during the winter, reopen early May***,
- An enclosed outdoor shower and an open shower for rinsing off.

Our newly painted and updated unit is the perfect place to make your family vacation a comfortable and memorable one!
A completely renovated new glass tile bathroom has been added.
The unit can sleep a family of 5 with one queen bed and a twin bunk over a double futon in the bedroom and SHEETS & PILLOW CASES WILL NOW BE INCLUDED WITH YOUR RENTAL! along with pillows and comforters.
You must provide your own Bath and Beach towels.
Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rental on the beach.
The kitchenette is completely equipped with:
- Full size refrigerator with freezer
- 2 burner electric stove top
- Microwave oven
- Toaster
- Toaster oven that fits a 12" pizza
- 12 cup coffee maker
- Kuerig K-Cup Machine
- Newer dishes, glasses, coffee mugs, wine glasses, cooking and eating utensils and pots and pans.
There is a 65 inch flat screen tv with dvd player in the living room and a 32 inch flat screen tv with play station 2 which doubles as a dvd player in the bedroom. The unit is also equipped with FREE WIFI and HD CABLE with all your favorite channels including sports and kids channels!

Spend your days on the FREE beaches and then when you’re ready for some evening fun take a 5 minute drive or Trolley ride (summer months only) (stops directly in front of the complex) to the exciting and legendary Wildwood boardwalk. There are three amusement piers featuring over 100 rides and attractions — including world-class roller coasters and three beachfront water parks.
Beautiful historic CAPE MAY is also only a short 10 minute drive south with great shopping, restaurants and night time activities. We recommend taking a drive to Sunset Beach while you’re there for the evening Flag Ceremony which is held daily during the season (May through September).
Looking for some great nightlife and entertainment then head north to the ATLANTIC CITY Casinos only 40 minutes away! There’s something for everyone here at beautiful Wildwood Crest!

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors
On the day of your check out your door access code will expire at 10:00 am so please be sure to leave by then so our cleaning crew can start cleaning for the next guest.
We also ask that you remove any garbage from the cans, including the bathroom, and place in the dumpsters outside under the ocean front deck.
Also remember to clean and put away any dishes and pots you may have used. If you move furniture, books or other items to please remember to put the items back in their place for the next guests use.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great location

The unit was clean and very well stocked. The upgrade in the bathroom was wonderful since it made the condo feel more modern and not so dated. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will be renting this unit again in the future. Thank you.

Can’t say enough about this place. Our family of 4 (2 boys ages 3 & 5) loves everything about our week vacation. The view from the condo was amazing. The boys LOVED the bunk beds! Had everything we needed close by. The trolley service to the boardwalk was very convenient. We will definitely look at this place again when we visit the area in coming years! Thanks so much for letting us make great memories here!

Location, details, views, and great food

The owners are amazing, responsive, and thoughtful. The care they have put into their unit shows how much they care about your experience there. Our views were breathtaking, steps away from the beach, and delicious seafood and a diversity of restaurants that deliver as promised. Just an excellent time. Crest is quiet and relaxing while being very close to attractions as well. I would not hesitate to go back with my family.

Beautiful beach condo

My husband and 2 children and I had the nicest 3 night weekend getaway for the 4th of July. It was exactly as described. We had everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable: This property is steps to the beach in wildwood crest which we absolutely loved. Carol was such an amazing host and was extremely responsive when I had any condo or check in related questions. The condo was clean and updated. We will definitely use this condo in the future! Best vacation in years

We had an amazing time in Wildwood! The condo is literally perfect in terms of size, cleanliness and location. Quiet area/ building with 2 nice pools and the best part.... the ocean right outside the door. Watching the moon at midnight over the ocean is a soul healing experience and I'm glad we found this place because sitting on the sundeck right outside the door makes you feel like you're the only people in the world. The Lopes' have thought of every detail and amenity to include in their property to ensure your stay is comfortable and convenient. On site laundry and fresh sheet service were a big time saver. The boardwalk is a couple miles away but the jitney service couldn't have been easier stopping right in front of the building and only 3 each way. The keypad entry with your own unique code made check in/ out super easy without the hassle of keeping track of room keys and tracking someone down to get/ return keys. We can't wait for next year! Do yourselves a favor and rent here! (Just not the week we plan to return next year! )

Great location and comfortable condo for our family of 4! Had the right amount of furniture and decor to feel like home, but enough room to place our belongings we brought for the week. BEST mattresses we have had at the Summer Sands, slept very well. We played some games they had provided. They also had a nice selection of beach chairs, umbrella, etc. but we used our own … but next time we might save some room to travel in the car. Bucket for flip flops inside the door was a nice touch to keep the condo clean throughout the week! Only thing I would change, picking up a key and needing to drop it off at another location was a bit inconvenient. We have stayed at this property multiple times (in other condos) and never had to do that previously.

Great time

We had a great time at Summer Sands. The place is small but has everything that you need and is clean . The property is nice with a pool and deck overlooking the ocean . One thing to know is the beach is a far walk . This was our first time at wildwood crest and we were shocked at how far the beach is . Also - the check in process is slightly annoying , you have to check in at the property itself to get your parking pass etc. Then you also have to check in at another building to get your keys . Not the usual check in that we have experienced - the other condos at that building just use a code which is much easier . All in all a really nice weekend getaway . We would recommend this condo - just be prepared for a more difficult check in process.

perfect beach getaway

we spent the week in carol's lovely condo on the beach. the location is just perfect. steps from the door there is a sun deck. I sat out there daily and it was usually all to myself, or I could strike up a nice conversation with someone about a book they were reading. Everyone was so kind. The proximity to the beach is perfect, easily accessible. The condo was clean and has everything you may need. Also, note to add the beds were extra comfortable! We had an issue with the electric(we blew a fuse) and carol was able to help us within no time even after hours. We have zero complaints and would love to come back again!

Great beach location for family of 4!

This condo was in a great location. We loved the sundeck with seats to lounge and also tables to eat at. You could see what was happening on the beach without leaving the deck. There were plenty of grills that were nice to have for cooking. We loved the beachy decor and plenty of hooks for hanging wet towels and suits. The kids enjoyed having a small beach area (with wet sand) right off from the sundeck in order to play paddle ball, baseball, and frisbee when the main beach was crowded and the dry sand was too hot to walk on. Us adults enjoyed being able to watch them from the Adirondack chairs on the sundeck! Our only complaint would be that the kitchen area is a bit small and there is not a lot of room for storage of food items that we brought. We gave up trying to keep moving the table out and putting the leaves up to eat at when we realized that the coffee table top raised up and worked better as a table area. That was definitely a plus! Also a plus was that the bedroom was bigger than expected. The beds/pillows were comfy and there was plenty of storage for clothes. Also, appreciated the quick turn around when the AC decided to stop working. We called the reality company and within a few hours, not only had they sent someone out to check the AC, but they contacted the owners and had a brand new AC installed and running! Overall, it was a great place to spend the week at the beach! Thank you!

We love Summer Sands!

Can't beat being right on the beach! We love to stay at Summer Sands. We like the easy access to the big corner deck, and to drink our morning coffee there while watching for dolphins in the ocean and the beach come alive. The unit is nicely furnished and well stocked. We will definitely be back.

Great weekend getaway

Perfect Beach location

The unit was clean and you could tell it was well maintained and well stocked with items that you might need at the beach. Couldn't ask for better parking, you were just steps away from a beach access path. The unit is perfect for two people. We would definitely stay there again.
