About this property

PCV H502- Two Bedrooms with Kitchen Ocean View at Puerta Cabos Village.

Cabo San Lucas, Puerta Cabos Village
Unit H502
A home away from home is located near the end of the world. Closing in on a white sanded beach surrounded by cliffs of bare rock populated by sea lions and seagulls, white towers littered with palm trees and pools rise towards the sky. Perched high in the fifth floor, a black door with golden numbers shows the entrance to a paradisiac chamber of marble and stone.
Opening the door, white walls collide with sand colored marble floors. The high ceilings merge into the wall, wonderfully decorated in the corners by moldings of white plaster. On the right, a fitment of light colored woods supports wonderful vases that bask underneath oil paintings, absorbing some of their color and light.
To the right, the kitchen irradiates light from its gray granite slabs, covering the countertops and back-splashing all the way up into the floating cabinets of deep, dark woods. On the breakfast bar, three barstools of polished chrome poles stand guard against the dark under cabinets and the stone cover. Wood and stone compete for dominance, creating magnificent plays of shape, color, and texture. Brand new appliances interrupt the pristine stone, and the built in stove of black tempered glass seems to be a void in the middle of the earth. Facing the granite, wooden cabinets encase a massive, two-door fridge and hide away a washing center and cleaning supplies.
Next is the Diner. A magnificent eight-piece table made from wood and leather in dark tones rests calmly on top of a traditional Mexican rug of light colors, causing a contrast point between the warm marble and the dark woods. The chairs on the heads seem thrones, reminiscing the times when balls and long dresses adorned the night. A wonderful mirror hangs from the wall, with a wooden frame and intricate lines in between each slate of polished glass.
To the right, a royal blue wall creates further depth in the unit, and in this cove, the Living room rests. The stone base of the arches adds to the sense of awe that permeates the wall. A massive painting of multicolored smears seems the hallucination of a coral's dream. The L shaped couch of gray dress is set against the blue wall, and a wooden coffee table in matching skin sits on top of a rug that matches the blue wall. The side tables match the centerpiece, and hold similar vases and decorations. It all seems like a dream from the depths of the sea.
Passing through the arch, a narrow corridor opens into the Master Bed and Bath. All inside the same room, the master bathroom comes first. The marble covered room clashes with the white walls and the marble countertops of the sink. The gray rug adds comfort, and the tub encased inside privacy wooden drapes can become a secluded peace or an open comfort gazing at the Sea. On the back, the shower is covered by a glass shield, and marble tiles crawl until the ceiling stops their ascend. The massive, King Size bed rests in a wooden frame and headrest, with white linens covering the mattress. Night stands on each side hold bed lamps of wonderful shapes, and a large painting of multicolored brushes gives warmth to the room. The gray color of the back wall causes a crescendo to the room. A small, multicolored couch sits by the window. The built-in closet seems to be carved into the wall.
The Guest Bedroom is to the left. The high-gloss of the marble floors has been polished into a mirror, and perfectly reflects the fitment of woods that sits underneath a magnificent painting on a wooden frame. Up front, gray headrests of cushioned fabric lay against a deeper tone of gray and white beddings. A nightstand separates them both, holding a lamp of beautiful proportions. The dark wooden doors of the built-in closet shine with glee with the sunlight that enters through the window. The guest bathroom comes as a cozy corridor of marble stone and countertops, which dip into a pearly sink. Wonderful decorations take the form of black corals next to the shower, dressed in tiles of stone that rise to the ceiling.
And at the end, the terrace. A small diner with four seats faces the blue water of the Sea Of Cortez as it merges into the Pacific, and the brown sands of the desert. A loveseat of white couches and a rocking pearl, suspended from black webbings and a white couch, look into the balcony and the sea below.
Welcome home to this towered house along the sea.

Peaceful Stay at Puerta Cabo Village
Because we rented this property only 36 hours ahead of checkin we had to contact VRBO to confirm and reach Marco the property manager. Marco called us promptly and explained the checkin procedure which was as easy as a door code. That was the only contact we needed to have with Marco but we found him pleasant. The condo was well appointed and had everything possibly needed to have a relaxing stay . If you are going to cook the condo has everything required to cook a substantial meal. Really there was nothing the condo didn’t have during our stay that we would have needed. The only bonus would have been to have maybe a couple bottles of water supplied at checkin so we didn’t have to go out for some but other than that everything was there! The location is an excellent location within a 5 minute walk to Medano beach and a short 10-15 minute walk to the marina or downtown. We did not use the pool but saw many using it. I think the only thing that would have been a bonus for us is if there was a gym on the property. Please note that Uber is a great way to get from the condo to pretty much anywhere in Cabo and they show up in front of the condos within a couple minutes of ordering them so be prepared to leave when you order. We used it a couple times to come home in the evening and it was about $4 from town. I would definitely recommend this condo for someone looking for a quite relaxing stay. There is plenty of room for a family to stay here without being on top of one another. We travel to Cabo several times a year and you really can’t beat this location if you want to be near the beach and walking distance to town.

Disappointed
Had a hard time having the checkin info shared with me until I was in Cabo. Room was not ready when promised. Both bath towels in bathroom left dirty for us to use. Moved out after two nights of the 6 night stay.

Good Cabo location
This was a very well laid out condo, just as described. Filtered water in the fridge was a plus. The location was great. Five minute walk to the beach. 20 minute walk to Walmart and 20 min to the Marina. A car is a plus as there is indoor parking. Building was clean and very much maintained.
