Recently Renovated! Most Breathtaking Views and Sunsets on Marco Island!

Come and relax at our white sand ocean front condo. The condo had been updated throughout with new floor coverings, new paint, completely renovated kitchen and bathroom. Our unit is a one bedroom with a king size bed (Mattress purchased January 2025) and a new 42' flat screen TV. The living room is furnished with a sleeper sofa that allows the condo to accommodate up to 4 guests. The living room has a 42' flat screen TV, coffee table, and high top table. The condo has one full size bathroom and a kitchenette with a new stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, stove and dishwasher. We currently just installed brand new hurricane proof sliders to the balcony. The condo is equipped with free WIFI and cable TV. Apollo is a smoke free facility and pets are not allowed.

The condo is on the 5th floor of the 10 story complex and overlooks Marco Island Beach that can be seen from its private corner balcony.

The Apollo offers many amenities for its guests including: a pool, hot tub, direct access to the beach, ocean, tennis courts, fitness center, private parking and washer and dryers are outside the condo unit. You can also enjoy the Sunset Bar and Grill on the first floor that provides cocktails, great food, entertainment and breathtaking sunsets.

***Apollo condominium will charge all incoming guests a registration fee of $45(subject to change) upon arrival, up to 2 vehicles***

Winter getaway

Only downside was the noisy restaurant attached to the condo building but the views are amazing so that made up for it! Great location and overall our stay was great!

Perfect stay!

If you’re looking for a great condo on a perfect beach on Marco Island, this is the place! The views from the balcony are incredible, especially the sunsets. The condo had everything we needed to enjoy our time at the beach! We also loved the restaurant on the property. We’re already planning a return trip!

A Little Slice of Paradise!

We spent 3 days in Marco Island enjoying all that it has to offer. The condo was well appointed, the check in process was easy and the property was well maintained. We had a wonderful visit, thank you!

Sweet condo on the beach

Other than wishing you didn’t have to use a different key to get into the building and up the elevators, everything was perfect. Clean, beautiful ocean view!

Clean, updated unit fully equipped for a truly, enjoyable stay. Amazing view from the balcony and just steps from the beach. The complex was convenient and quiet. We had one maintenance issue that was addressed by the property manager immediately— kudos for the expedient response!

Very Nice Condo on the Beach

We had a great time in Marco Island. The condo unit was very clean and highly recommend it. It is a perfect rental for two people. The king size bed and couch were very comfortable. The sunsets from the balcony were beautiful. There were beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler in the unit also. They Apollo complex is a secure and clean building. There were good restaurants in the area. Especially liked Nene's, DaVincis, Mangos and Marco Prime. This is a great unit to rent.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit at Apollo Condominiums

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was very convenient. Just missed having a garbage disposal in the kitchen and a full length mirror perhaps behind the bedroom door. Not being familiar w/the TV cable system was a problem, but we made a few phone calls to the cable company & they were very helpful. Would be nice if someone came to the unit w/us to show how everything works; i.e. t.v., ac. etc. otherwise all was very nice. The views were spectacular!!!

You cannot beat the view!

Condo was small, but better than a hotel! This was supposed to be an anniversary trip for my husband and I, but due to a last minute change in school schedule we brought our 16 year old. He had to sleep on the pullout and said it was comfortable. Some of the beach chairs were broken, but Steve/Tim replaced one quickly. We played tennis everyday and the courts were well maintained. No fault of the host, but someone hit our rental car and didn’t leave a note. Jackie at the front desk was incredibly helpful! She went above and beyond trying to help us! We ate at the Sunset Grill one night which was easy and had a great view. Food was decent. The location of this condo was great. Easy walk to Marriott, lunch and drinks at Stilts, JW Dinner at Quinn’s and Hilton Breakfast. Doreen’s is the best breakfast, but too far to walk.

Not what the pictures show you on VRBO

Needs a really good scrub. Bathroom shower had mold in the corners. Front door, bathroom door, counters, patio doors were really dirty. It would behoove them to get new towels and kitchen utensils. Shower towels are stained, no real kitchen cloths to use, had to use a wash cloth. The beach towels provided were embarrassing, one was frayed so bad we went out and bought our own. Kitchen utensils are old and cheap. 1 of the coffee cups was stained really bad.. there was 1 martini glass, really?? these things don't cost much to provide for your renters and make a much better experience and review. A wagon to haul beach items would be nice to have. TVs need updated, couch is new but cheap and uncomfortable. Bed is nice and comfy, but sheets are stained, grossed us out. Fridge was dented but worked. They do have a microwave/convection oven combo that was nice to use. Beautiful views, but patio furniture was awful. Cheap white plastic chair, a tiny table and 2 uncomfortable other chairs . Not the nice table and chair on the VRBO site. Outdoor rugs are frayed and old. Patio screen was torn.. all in all very nice AREA, but so many nicer rentals around. I would not recommend this unit, unless the owner updated things so you don't feel cheated, and don't post pictures that are not accurate. You wouldn't want that done to you! we won't return here.

Short 5 Day Trip

We reached the condo after hours due to airline problems, which I must say is a pain as the property manager/ entry envelope are at a different location. The building as a whole was very clean but needs to be updated and the key systems were difficult to manage. We use VRBO rentals all over the country and love the “being at home” feel. However, we struggled here with little to no amenities. There were NO pantry items (as stated). If you want to cook you HAVE TO BUY EVERY SINGLE THING. Usually places leave what past people have bought but you could tell the place was stripped each time. There were coffee filters there for the coffee maker but they were flat bottom and the maker used cone. You are given a roll of toilet paper and a roll of paper towels. There was no dish detergent to wash dishes unless you used the dishwasher pod you were allocated for the end. The bed had a thick top pad on it which made it comfortable and the place was quiet while we were there. There is not a single blanket in the place to use. We used a beach towel to snuggle up on the sofa. Just “not homey and inviting” at all. You need to be prepared for small, very small. The biggest positive was the view. You are on the beach and have an incredible view of the ocean. The balcony had comfortable furniture although I had to pull the comforter off the bed to sit out there. All in all, it was clean, safe, we slept well, parking was nice, and in a convenient location. We just felt it was missing so much more that would have made it feel comfortable.

Poor Communication and issue resolution

First, let me say that the on-site staff was professional and polite and apologetic for the issues we had. The owners and the management agency are the ones responsible for the issues we had. Really poor overall service from the rental agency. We had a bad experience with this unit (the dishwasher did not work and there were multiple roach sightings), and they did not respond when we used their text service. I believe specifically it's the portion of this business that handles the rental properties. After we had checked out they did apologize and provide excuses for why the condo could not be treated while we were in it and a reason for why the dishwasher couldn't be repaired until a part was ordered. That doesn't make sense considering they didn't even come look at the dishwasher. I do appreciate the apology, but there was no attempt at any consolation or repair

Anniversary trip

I was hesitant because of the reviewer that mentioned it needed a good cleaning, the poor shape of the towels, and lack of the proper kitchen items (only one margarita glass) I will say he was correct and I brought these things to the attention of the management company when I checked out. Also, the dishwasher wasn't working. In spite of these things, we had a great time and you can't beat the view. Hopefully, these small issues will be addressed. I will say we had problem with the AC and it was fixed immediately!

Quiet and relaxing

We loved the quiet location of the condo. It was clean and had what we needed for our week-long stay. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the black skimmer birds on the beach. We had some gorgeous sunsets, and loved the evening ritual of people gathering on the beach and clapping for the sunset.

Perfect beach getaway

This was our first time visiting Marco Island and it couldn’t have been better! The condo was great/very nicely updated and had everything we needed as far as household items and beach gear. The info given to us regarding checkin was clear and simple. You cannot beat the sunset view from the room!! We can’t wait to visit again and would 100% rent this same condo.
