Welcome to Apollo 1005 - our newly modernized 1-bedroom condo unit offering unobstructed, west-facing, beach-front ocean views from the top floor (10th), in the Apollo Condominiums Building.

We welcome you to enjoy the many great amenities that our building has to offer, including: high security and exceptional maintenance standards, direct access to the beach, gated and private heated pool and spa with jets, exercise and fitness room, and an on-site indoor/outdoor sports bar & restaurant with beach and ocean views called Sunset Grille.

Additionally, there is an open-air plaza of fine restaurants and small boutiques located only 1/2 mile away called Marco Walk Plaza. Here is where you'll find Marco Movie Theater, Marco Prime Steak & Seafood, Da Vinci's Restorante Italiano and Dolce Mare (artisanal Italian gelato and chocolate), to only name a few!

We’ve earned a "Premier Partner" badge on HomeAway, due to our trustworthy reputation. We strive to describe everything as accurate as possible.

- 1 bedroom with KING-sized mattress.

- 1 large comfy sofa which converts to a QUEEN-size hideaway bed.

- Unit sleeps 4 but best suited for 2.

- Free CenturyLink cable TV and WiFi.

- New 50" wall-mounted SmartTV.

- Walk out through double sliding doors to the beachfront balcony equipped with table and chairs.

- Fully-equipped kitchen.

- We recently installed a brand new electronic shade system at the sliding doors in the living room. You'll love to operate it by the push of a button!

- Towels for beach, bath and kitchen are provided.

- Private storage closet located right next to the front door is filled with beach cart, beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys.

- A full-sized washer and dryer are located in a common area room on the same floor as the unit and are available for guests' use. Detergent and dryer sheets are not provided by owner but they may be available if any previous guests leave a supply.

- Private and gated association pool and hot tub.

- All units at Apollo have a $45 Parking Pass requirement, which can be purchased at the front desk when you register for your stay.

Beautiful, serene ocean view
Great views, nice accommodations, everything was great. The actual condo flat was awesome, owners were great! The building itself was very clean, nice to have an ocean view bar restaurant right on site. The building is older, isn’t as up to date to today’s comparisons and only had one working elevator. ( there were two, one was out of order) fitness center has out dated, mechanically deficient equipment and very hot inside. Other than the lack of appeal to the building of apartments, this actual studio apartment ( condo) was beautiful because of the ocean view and large glass doors and patio on the top floor! Owner has beach toys, chairs, tennis racket wagon for use which was great because there isn’t alit to do on island except beach, walk, eat and shop. Night life appears to ende before 11 most places. Would be nice if pool, hot tub didn’t get closed down by sunset or if tennis courts had lights for evening play but maybe that’s all because of turtles and lights out May- Oct. over all this accommodation worked perfectly!!

It’s all about location and this has it
Balcony faces west so you have amazing sunset views, as a swimmer pool is long enough to get 1 mile swims in/day, workout area is small with windows has 2 tread mills and 3 stationary bikes+small weight machine, 1st floor has Sunset Grill for food & drinks which faces west for sunsets as well, with other places near by, condo is 500 square feet, pictures accurate, we never used the stove too many restaurants, internet worked fine, nice water & sports gear in outside closet for you to use, staff friendly, covered parking, locked front door and elevator so must use key to get in thus good security. From first floor can exit back of building/bar area to walk 30 yards to waters edge. Condo space enough for a couple. They ask for external lights out at 8:30 pm when sea turtles come ashore to nest otherwise no external light restrictions. Check turtle arrival to the beach dates if renting then.

Tom Johnson has been making trips to Marco Island for the past 20 years. Over time, he grew to love Marco Island so much that he purchased his first condo in 2019. He chose the Apollo Condominiums over all the other buildings throughout Marco Island due to its friendly and relaxed atmosphere. He now wants to share his little slice of paradise with the world.

Our family acquired this condo in March 2020. This is our second unit in the Apollo building. The condo is managed by my daughter and son, Danielle and Jameson.
