Welcome to Apollo 1005 - our newly modernized 1-bedroom condo unit offering unobstructed, west-facing, beach-front ocean views from the top floor (10th), in the Apollo Condominiums Building.
We welcome you to enjoy the many great amenities that our building has to offer, including: high security and exceptional maintenance standards, direct access to the beach, gated and private heated pool and spa with jets, exercise and fitness room, and an on-site indoor/outdoor sports bar & restaurant with beach and ocean views called Sunset Grille.
Additionally, there is an open-air plaza of fine restaurants and small boutiques located only 1/2 mile away called Marco Walk Plaza. Here is where you'll find Marco Movie Theater, Marco Prime Steak & Seafood, Da Vinci's Restorante Italiano and Dolce Mare (artisanal Italian gelato and chocolate), to only name a few!

- Private storage closet located right next to the front door is filled with beach cart, beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys.
- A full-sized washer and dryer are located in a common area room on the same floor as the unit and are available for guests' use. Detergent and dryer sheets are not provided by owner but they may be available if any previous guests leave a supply.
- Private and gated association pool and hot tub.
- All units at Apollo have a $45 Parking Pass requirement, which can be purchased at the front desk when you register for your stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo! From our first inquiry to checkout, communication was friendly, quick, and effortless. The condo was spotless, exactly as described, and stocked with everything we could need. We especially appreciated the laundry access, the thoughtful beach supplies, perfect for our many hours in the ocean, and the pool for relaxing afterward. Thanks for the memories!
My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The location and condo was great and perfect for the two of us. The amenities at the complex with a health club and bar/grill was exactly what we were looking for and easy access to the beach. The condo was nicely stocked with everything we needed. We also appreciated the communications with the property owner. We look forward to coming back!
This is a beautiful property at the Apollo Condominums. The tenth floor view of the sunsets is breathtaking. The property had everything you need and is clean and well decorated. The condo is right on the beach and just steps away from the water. I would love to stay here again.
This property was better than advertised! Easy check in and with everything in place to get you started. The ocean view was the best - from relaxing on the balcony overlooking the ocean to enjoying the beach with all of the beach essentials provided by the host. This is the perfect place!

Our recent stay at the Apollo beach condo was absolutely incredible! The beautiful accommodations perfectly complemented the breathtaking sunset views we enjoyed every evening. Although the weather did not allow for full beach days, watching the sky transform over the ocean from the deck was a nightly highlight.Checking in and out was seamless, which always makes a huge difference in starting and ending a vacation on a high note. High commendations to the owner for creating such a wonderful and welcoming space. We truly appreciate the attention to detail and the effort made to ensure a comfortable stay.We're already looking forward to our next visit—we will definitely be back!
Condo was as advertised. We loved the location. Front desk personnel were friendly, knowledgeable, and helped in every way possible. Condo owners were responsive to all questions and gave very detailed answers to any inquiries. Easy to contact and gave clear and accurate instructions for the condo. All in all, a good stay at a very nice condo. Thanks.
We loved our stay! The condo was perfect for our anniversary trip. It had all the beach essentials we needed. It was super clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The only thing we didn't like was having to keep up with a key to get in and use the elevators. But that wouldn't keep us from coming back. The beach was beautiful and it was amazing being right on the water.
Our friends got married on the beach outside this building. The location was beautiful right on the gulf and top floor. The bed was very comfortable and the unit had a crisp beach feel to it.
Unfortunately we were without WiFi for 2 days and working the TVs was an issue but the owner was responsive and helpful as best he could. We will recommend to others.
Exactly as advertised! Very clean. The outside storage area (for all the beach stuff) was very convenient. There were 3 nice chairs, body board, beach cart and 2 umbrellas that we used. There were also tennis rackets and few other things to use downstairs.The laundry situation isn’t great… you just have to go down the hall and they have 1 washer & 1 dryer (like 2 for each). Fully stocked (small) kitchen. We used it a few times. Not like our house, but perfect for a few people. We will return!!
This property has everything a couple or single child family could ask for. I wish they had key codes instead of always having to carry a key to get in and out of the elevators and beach but you get used to it. The condo itself is very clean and has all the necessary accommodations. The owners were very organized and easily accessible if you have questions or need anything. I would recommend this property to anyone and hope to stay with the Johnson’s again. Having the on-site restaurant is another great selling point for this property!

Tom Johnson has been making trips to Marco Island for the past 20 years. Over time, he grew to love Marco Island so much that he purchased his first condo in 2019. He chose the Apollo Condominiums over all the other buildings throughout Marco Island due to its friendly and relaxed atmosphere. He now wants to share his little slice of paradise with the world.
Our family acquired this condo in March 2020. This is our second unit in the Apollo building. The condo is managed by my daughter and son, Danielle and Jameson.
