Cozy and comfortable Powder Ridge Condo on French st. Updated kitchen appliances, countertops and flooring. A 5 minute walk to Main St. Easy to catch a bus to the slopes or gondola . Covered parking for one vehicle. A short walk to Isak Heartstone. Lisc #0302550001

Accommodations:
Newly furnished with super comfortable Doctor's Choice mattresses and pillows. 1 queen size bed, 2 Extra Long Twin beds ( can be pushed together to create a king size bed .) Full size sofa bed.
3 Samsung internet- enabled flat screens, free Wi Fi. Keurig coffee machine.
Kitchen
Plenty of cookware, crock pot, plates, glasses, sharp knives, etc. for when you want to relax at home after a day enjoying all Breckenridge has to offer summer and winter!

Guest access
Access to the condo is through a lock box located by the front door. We have 2 parking spaces, one is in the heated garage, the other is on a first come first serve basis. Additional long term parking is just around the corner at the Ice Rink lot on Boreas Pass Rd. Plan on parking and enjoying Breckenridge on foot and free shuttle.

Interaction with guests
We have family in Denver and are easily accessible by cell phone should you have any questions. Our goal is that you have the privacy to enjoy your holiday. You can reach Mark or Eva so we get you the assistance you need through our local contacts.

Other things to note
Our family loves to ski and travel. We have stayed in many vacation rentals over the past 20 years in Breckenridge and Europe. We want to offer our guests the amenities we appreciate when we travel- walkable location, comfortable beds and pillows, washer/dryer in unit, good coffeemaker, sharp knives and good cookware. Like you, we want to relax and enjoy our vacation!

Mark is a great host and communicator. The condo has everything you need. Well stocked kitchen and good instructions for fireplace, TV, humidifiers. Walking distance to Main Street of Breckenridge. Great shower and comfortable beds.

Great Holiday Escape
Mark was a wonderful, communicative, host and his condo was exactly as stated. He also left some great perks like laundry pods, handwarmers and some coffee pods so we weren’t scrambling to find a store when we first arrived. We replaced what we used in due time. We had a wonderful stay and if I’m in Breckenridge again, I’d love to visit this property.

Mark is a General Contractor and Eva has owned a business in the Silicon Valley for the past 30 years. We met in Germany while Mark was in the Air Force. Eva was attending the American College in Paris and returned home to Germany to visit her parents. Fast forward 35 years and we have raised 2 beautiful daughters. Our family has a shared love for skiing and hiking. Our daughters say that some of their fondest memories are family ski weeks. Mark and I recently realized our dream of owning a place in the heart of Breckenridge. We did it! Our hope is that you will enjoy our little slice of heaven and make your own wonderful memories with your family and friends.
