Come stay at our spacious condo that has recently undergone an extensive remodeling and is in 'Almost Brand New' condition. We have stocked our 'Home Away From Home' with everything you should need for a fantastic snow ski or summer vacation.

The property is located at: 705 Snowberry Lane, Breckenridge, CO 80424

Our large two bedroom, three full bath Condo is tastefully furnished with: two queen-size beds in the master bedroom, and two full-size beds in the second bedroom. An additional queen-size bed is available in a comfortable pullout couch in the living room. Separate sink and vanity areas are located in each bathroom.

Numerous other amenities include:
* Three Full bathrooms (two with tub/shower combos, one with walk-in shower).
* Fully equipped kitchen with all the pots, pans, and utensils that you should need.
* Enough paper products to last for your entire stay (paper towels, toilet paper, coffee filters, tissues, napkins, and more)
* Front loading washer and dryer
* Convenient reserved covered parking is directly below the unit.
* A second reserved parking spot is also available.
* Private covered deck with a table, chairs, and a Weber gas BBQ.
* Free very high speed wireless internet throughout the unit.
* Large wall mounted flat screen TV's in each room.
* Gas fireplace.

The Condo is in a premium location only a very short walking distance to the ski slopes (5 mins) and to all that historic downtown Breckenridge has to offer. Fantastic restaurants are nearby, along with shopping, bike paths, and much much more.

Minimum age for rental agreement is 25 yrs old.
Maximum occupancy is eight (8) persons.

Sorry, but pets are not allowed, and this is a Non-Smoking facility.

Just book it!!!

We are a family of 4 with 2 adult kids and had plenty of space. The condo has everything you could possible need during your stay. Communication was prompt and friendly. When my husband sustained a knee injury they let us check out late so we wouldn't have to wait so long at the airport. They are kind hearted people who take pride in offering their clients a wonderful experience in Breckenridge.

Great location and wonderful stay

Communication with owner was fantastic! The condo was stocked with everything we needed. Pool and hot tubs conveniently located across the street. Overall a great stay!

Great Experience Overall

Check in process was very easy, and the unit was very clean and stocked for all of our needs. Location is very close to the base of the mountain, which was easily walkable in ski boots, and also very close to Main Street for shopping, dinner, or drinking. Mike was very easily reached if we had any questions. Overall would highly recommend staying at this location.

Best VRBO ever!!

From the moment we booked Mike was super communicative and organized. It’s noticeable that he cares about his guest and wants you to have a great stay. Mike gave us tons of great info regarding the place and surrounding area. Having someone to reach out to when you’re in an unfamiliar location is a nice touch. The condo was perfectly located within walking distance to the slopes and down town. As soon as you walk in you notice how clean and inviting the place is. Mike and his wife have thought of everything you could possibly need. Having the paper products and laundry soap stocked was awesome!!! No need to run to the grocery store right away. There are plenty of towels and extra blankets. We loved the info book they have with all the local menus and history of Breckenridge. The beds are comfortable and the bedrooms are huge! My son loved the XBox and the heater in the shower. This was by far the cleanest VRBO, no noticeable dust on anything. It was perfect for our family of four. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your place, we would love to come back.

Condo was as described. Great location -- short walk to Quicksilver lift, even shorter walk to bus stop. Would recommend this condo to friends and would stay here again.

I purchased this condo after spending many days skiing in Breckenridge. My wife and I love the area and enjoy the friendly people and the town. There is so much to do in the area throughout the year.

Why they chose this property

The location of our condo makes it very easy to walk to the slopes, the pool/four outdoor hot tub complex, and to anywhere in town. If anyone in your group decides to take a break during the ski day, it is very easy for them to take the short walk back, and relax.
