Excellent place to stay!

This was a really great place to stay for our family of 5. Very spacious, and amazing view from the balcony. The host had wonderful communication. Would definitely stay here again!

Dated and dirty

We are in town for a volleyball tournament and booked it because we had extra people staying with us so we needed two rooms. Everything is dated and dirty chairs. I couldn’t even sit in them because they were gross. The decor is non-matching and there was black hair in the showers. I had to stand on a towel to take a shower, so my feet wouldn’t touch the floor. We were supposed to stay two nights. We only stayed one night. I would not recommend this place.

Wonderful Stay

The location and amenities were wonderful! A few minor issues with condo but was fixed immediately by owners. Communication was excellent as well. Our family most definitely wants to book again.

Family trip

We had a great stay!! Kids loved the lazy river and the water slide. Proximity to the beach made it super easy to spend time at the beach and go back to the room for lunch. Only downfall was we cooked most of our meals in the room and needed a few more utensils. Would definitely stay here again.

Spring break Daytona

We had a wonderful stay in these units for our family vacation. Both rooms were very clean and the furniture and kitchen were in great shape. The view of the ocean was breathtaking. The pool was also beautiful. The communication with the owners was also terrific. Overall, it was an excellent experience and we will be coming back again.

Not what we expected

Didn’t have our reservation when we arrived. Took an hour to figure it out. Room had dirt, hair and food all over. Advertised with heated pools but they were not heated. Shopping and restaurants around the complex were either run down or shut down. We got by but it wasn’t the best experience. Wouldn’t go back. Paid a lot for what we experienced.

Daytona Condo

Location and amenities around the hotel are great. Condo interior needs a refresh. More money needs to be spent on linen which had some sort of stains we noticed on the final day. Furniture in the bedrooms looks terrible. Cabinets need a refresh, could be a lot nicer with only a slight upgrade. Would have been nice to have a swiffer type sweeper to run over the floor to clean up grit tracked in.

Guest love the Ocean Walk! This is a great resort for all ages. I do not know of a better place for families to have more fun and things to do!
