This unit is very nice with a great balcony overlooking the ocean in the master bedroom. Plenty of room to spread out and a nice large tub to relax. A medium size kitchen to make a meal if you choose and there's a nice bar downstairs and one outside by the pool. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. We didn't use the pools but they are big and offer a great escape. We had two couples and lots of room.

The number one perk is the 3 balconies... and the views 'we loved it. It's what we came for.However a couple of things that could have been better. The furnishings were pretty old and worn. The other was that the bedding was not clean. Hair on sheet and stained pillowcases We actually went out and purchased a sheet set for the full bed so my son can would be comfortable.

The view is amazing ...you can see all the pools from ur balcony.The only complaint i have is that the condo i booked advertised 3 recliners and i booked this condo specifically for the 3 recliners and all 3 had either been tampered with or damaged (per what the property manager said in text) all 3 were missing their power cords so they wouldn't recline. Other than that this condo was perfect for our family... its an end unit so u only have neighbors on one side. Ww loved the proximity to the ocean shoppes and restaurants

The unit was directly on the beach and offered multiple patios with ocean views. It was clean and comfortable for the duration of our stay. Check-in was seamless and the communication with the hosts was always timely and helpful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

You can't get a better location than this in Daytona it is close to pretty much everything you'd want to do there. The accommodation was very nice and the view was great and had everything that you needed.It more than Met the needs of three guys there for bike week. The resort itself was very nice and the staff was very accommodating. thanks !

Overall our stay was great! Wonderful space in great area. Loved all the amenities! The only thing I would say is that the staff will not work with you when it comes to check in times ( you cannot check in till 4pm on the dot- not one minute earlier).

Daughters bday trip with friends

I came down from Ohio to celebrate my daughters 17th birthday with her and 3 of her friends. The set up at the condo is perfect for this type of trip. The location is great with being able to walk to restaurants and entertainment. The girls enjoyed the Starbucks in the building and the heated pools. It was a perfect quick trip.

The condo was spacious and beautiful. It looked exactly as it was in the pictures. Check in was quick and easy. At the end of the stay, it did seem like the AC wasnt working quite as good as it should, but we were still comfortable. I would recommend this condo and I would stay again!!

Clean, well stocked and convenient!! Everything that we needed was right at the condo. Parking was easy and garage was easy access from the room. Restaurants were within walking distance if one chose to leave the resort. The beach was lovely during the day while the pools, lazy river and hot tubs were fabulous for the evening hours!! Couldn’t have ask for a better place to stay! And I must not forget…unit 1501 has fantastic views as well!!

This place is located in the perfect spot. Lots to do around it. This place has an awesome view and great pools. The parking garage is amazing to have. This place is located up on the 15th floor. So with the two balconies that this place has, it has great views. If you want to wake up on the beach with a cup of coffee to plan your day and sit on the balcony while you do it. This is the place for you! Definitely will be back!

Love this place!

Got there before 4 o’clock check in. Although we couldn’t check into our room we were registered, given parking pass and wristbands to access the resort and amenities while we waited. There are 4 pools and three hot tubs. There was entertainment in the lobby a few night otherwise we could walk to shops, restaurants. We only used the car on the couple nights we headed to the race tracks. The condo was exactly as described. This is our 4th year at this resort.

Locks, hideabed, and pill

Great place after everything was fixed. We had out 4 yr old autistic grandson with us. 2vof the balcony doors did not lock and there was no lock on the main door to prevent him from getting out. Maintenance came and fixed the 2 balcony locks and was supposed to return the next day to fix the main door. 1st night hideabed was broke. Call manager and was supposed to have an air mattress delivered. Had to call back atound dinner time on day 2 about the main door and hideabed. After that was all fixed it was nice with the exception on finding a blue pill under one of the beds while looking for a shoe. Manager did call after our stay to follow up and was going to refund our cleaning money but it has been 2 weeks and it has not been refunded yet. Please make sure that these places are safe for very intelligent children that has no fear or understanding of their consequences.

Property was extremely dated. We had many issues throughout the stay and I tried repeatedly to get out of the contract and leave but those requests weren't acknowledged. Should not be advertised to sleep 8. We uncomfortably slept six on a broken (not queen) sofa pull out and very small beds in the second bedroom. Here's a quick list of our many issues: - Cold showers - No water pressure - Mold in 2nd bathroom - Janky coffee pot - NO POOL TOWELS! We were coming from Seattle and I really don't think it's reasonable to expect us to pack pool towels. - broken burner on the stove - Unbelievable construction noise. We literally couldn't talk to each other for 3 hours due to jack hammering next door. - Some kind of law suit is happening between the condo and the private owners. You wear wrist bands and if you have the "wrong ones", the concierge people act like you have leprosy and will not acknowledge your presence. There are also signs ALL OVER the property and it's just plain weird. - Headboard was lose on bed and moved whenever we moved - Fridge froze a lot of our food. - Indoor pools were gross - Main outdoor pool was closed for a lot of our stay I could keep going but if you haven't figured out, I would never stay here again. I appreciated that the property manager responded and apologized but nothing was actually fixed and I just wanted to leave.
