The open-plan kitchen and living space is fully equipped with a coffee machine, dishwasher, electric kettle, oven, fridge and induction hob, warmed throughout by underfloor heating. A smart TV, satellite channels and a laptop-friendly workspace round out the living area, while a security safe adds peace of mind.
