Die Ferienwohnung ist neu eingerichtet und die Ausstattung erfüllt die meisten Urlaubsbedürfnisse. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Haus liegt nah am Zentrum von Braubach, das Rathaus mit Touristeninfo ist zum Beispiel direkt gegenüber.
