The Neighborhood
Casitas Las Rosas is located in the village of La Quinta surrounding the Embassy Suites hotel. The resort condo community consists of 144 one bedroom units at approximately 700 square feet each. Four community poosl and hot tubs are spread throughout the condo buildings and are available for guest use year-round. Ample free parking is available in lots surrounding the condo buildings and hotel security monitors the property 24 hours a day. The Embassy Suites hotel is in the middle of the condo community. Casitas Las Rosas is not affiliated with the Embassy Suites but hotel amenities can be used on a fee basis including their spa and restaurant. Old Town La Quinta is located directly across Calle Tampico from the community and offers a variety of excellent dining options and local shops. Casitas Las Rosas is a perfect choice for smaller parties looking for a comfortable stay in a convenient location.
Getting Around
Guests visiting the Coachella Valley can access a majority of the desert's attractions within 10-45 minutes by car. Ride share and taxis are available a majority of the time and are more readily available from November-April. Palm Springs International Airport is a 20-45 minute drive from most desert locations and Ontario and Los Angeles International Airport can be used as alternatives for air travel. Interstate 10 runs through the northern side of the Coachella Valley providing access to all desert cities from Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego to the west and Phoenix and Las Vegas to the east and north. A car is recommended for any extended stay in the area.
