The Space:

A downstairs studio with a king bed, desk, TV and a wet bar with a mini-fridge and microwave. Located close to the fitness room, clubhouse and main pools; the unit is in one of the best locations at Legacy Villas. The back patio opens to an interior courtyard, has custom patio furniture and a patio heater. You won't find a better value on your next trip to the desert. The spacious bathroom has a separate shower and soaking tub and a single vanity. The main community pools and fitness center are just a short-walk from the unit. Off-street parking is located in front of the unit and additional parking is located along Classic Drive. The unit can be combined with LV108 to create a 2 bedroom unit with dual master suites (subject to availability). The condo has an interior lock-off door between the 1 bedroom unit and studio unit. There is an expectation that guests minimize noise around the door from 10pm-8am.

La Quinta is home to over 30 public and private golf courses. The PGA Tour's Humana Challenge is hosted at several of the city's courses each January. The BNP Paribas Tennis Tournament is hosted at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden every March; only a ten minute drive from the condo. Don't forget the La Quinta Arts Festival and the Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals. The Coachella Valley is your best bet for outdoor adventure in all seasons.

Have stayed a number of times in the same neighborhood , the location is great and the grounds are kept very nice. Possibly they could enforce the Adults Only pool policy areas much stronger But I would recommend

Enjoyed our 3 night stay in this gated community .we found the lap pool to be excellent for am swims .only critique is that no freezer for ice and ice machine quite distant .Property was quiet and parking easy .

I loved this here stay! Had most of the amenities that one would ask for! The neighborhood was pretty quite. I fell in love with the patio stay, had my coffee every morning. Way more to do than time permitted. Will most definitely be back sooner than later.

We really loved the complex and the room was very fair priced considering we were there on a busy weekend. We had a little trouble finding the correct unit once we were in the complex. Google Maps will not take you to the correct location.

Property and location were great! Only issue was parking. The first night of the festival we had to circle through for about 20 minutes to finally get a spot in the maintenance lot. Second night parked outside the main gate on a side street. We arrived on both night a little after 12. L

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our small studio was nicely furnished,clean and very safe. We did not have laundry facilities, and the closest laundromat was quite far away. Our studio came with a microwave, small fridge, and coffee maker. There was no table to eat at. We ate out in the evenings, but had breakfast and lunch sitting on the bed! The covered patio was enjoyable, but it didn't have a table either. The grounds are beautiful, the pools sparkling and warm.Our service from California Vacation Villas was excellent.

Thank you for staying with us and leaving this nice review. The studios don't come with a kitchen and washer/dryer. We'll make a recommendation to the property owner to purchase a small table and a couple of chairs for the room or the patio.

This Rental Company Is Terrible

I booked a stay with this company and then extended I, one night into the extended period they evicted me claiming that I somehow had committed fraud, which is a totally baseless claim. They are refusing to refund the monies I paid them, and are forcing me to take legal action. I do not recommend using this company, California Vacation Villas, if you read some of the reviews on Yelp you will be even more convinced to not use them!! The property is very nice just do not book through California Vacation Villas!!

This guest has used many different identities and fraudulent credit cards while staying in several properties we manage. We were eventually able to identify him, and given his criminal history, asked for police help to escort him out of the property on September 21st. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who puts at risk safety of our guests, employees and properties we manage.
