he space
The two levels loft is situated at the second floor of the building. Ceilings over six meters high will give you the breathing space you want on your holiday. On the first floor 90 plus two balconies and an entrance flight which you may use as your third balcony, surrounded by a flower garden which is also the staircase to the loft. On this floor you will sleep, cook, entertain during summer days and work in your private office. On the second floor, 40 wide you will watch Tv in the open space of the gallery, another two guests will sleep in this romantic attic room and you will all spend time together on the sun roof terrace to enjoy the Mediterranean sun even in winter.

Guest access
The whole space is yours to use. And there is plenty of it.
The bedroom closets and the attic room drawers (if you are more than 2) are yours to use.
You may store your luggage in the office, next to the entrance,
in close reach and out of sight


Other things to note
You may use our bicycles stationed below the staircase.
Take a ride to the Jaffa port at arr. 8 in the morning, buy some fish from the fishermen on the docks. Enjoy !.
You do not have to worry about the plants they are watered by an automated dripping system (well, maybe just inside and on the front balcony. If you want to feel like home).
There is coffee, milk and a water bar so you do not have to worry about that when you get up.
Groceries and shops around the block, 24/7. You’ll get directions for all.
The neighborhood
overview
The best beach in tel aviv is 4 minutes walking distance, with your bathing suit on. The greek market starts here. Step outside and join the fun in the new restaurants and artisan market. Walk up to the neighboring flea market with the vintage stuff , the bars and restaurants packed with people all ages until late every night.
Public transportation is two minutes away and will take you to the center of Tel Aviv in minutes , to the train station and elsewhere.
There is much more going on around here so go on and explore. I will gladly help you with that. Just tell me what you are looking for or simply ask me for ideas.
This is a great neighborhood. Young people live in whatever place hey can find just to be around here. On the next street there is an open artisan market twice every week and that whole region is pedestrian with cafes and restaurants of all tastes and flavors. Just across the street you will find Studio Naym where you can go to your Yoga and Pilates classes for a reasonable price and on Thursdays at 16:30 you can join the Yoga class for 10 Nis !

Stroll on for 3 min. and you reach the flea market with it's shops , caffees, bars and restaurants until late in the night.
Stroll for 4 min. and you are at the beach. Go on for another 5 min. and you are at the old port of Jaffa and the old city. You will not be the first to do so though. The ancient Egyptians did this 4500 years before you. Still, after 4500 years they may say that about you too.
