The Space

This approximately 70-square-meter apartment is located on the ground floor of a characteristic Ligurian building in the centre of Sanremo.

- LIVING ROOM with a double sofa bed, a lounge area, a dining area, and a Smart TV.

- KITCHEN with an induction cooktop, dishwasher, electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and various kitchen utensils.

- BATHROOM I with shower, bidet, and toilet.

- BATHROOM II with shower, sink, and toilet with handheld showerhead.

7 days beforearrival, you will receive instructions on how to upload your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the City of Sanremo, which is EUR 1.50 per night per person and will be collected in cash for the first 15 nights. Children under 12 are exempt.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the information to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests in Italy.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not fall below 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
