Very nice apartment and great location

The apartment was great. The photos of the apartment are completely accurate and Ezia was a great host! She went above and beyond to make our stay in Sanremo great. Note that there is no WiFi in the apartment.

Great apartment in the heart of the action

I stayed in the apartment with my husband and daughters (ages 10 and 8) for 4 nights in June of 2016, and we enjoyed our experience very much. The location is easy walking distance to lots of shopping, restaurants, and beaches, and it's right in the hustle and bustle of the town. The apartment was large and comfortable and clean, with a fully equipped kitchen. There is a beautiful view of the water from the master bedroom balcony. Communication from Ezia was excellent, and she was warm and friendly and made us feel comfortable with every part of our stay. Thank you Ezia, we hope to be back!

Merci pour les appréciations sur l'appartement (qui est équipé de fenêtres à double vitrage pour l'hiver), tandis que pour l'été ont été installés de grands ventilateurs au plafond, mais sur le bruit de la ville, malheureusement, je ne peux pas intervenir Dans toute la ville, ils passent les voitures, il y a la "movida" et il y a les camions poubelle, comme on dit "vous ne pouvez pas avoir tout ce dont" et il en va de même pour le climat que nous ne pouvons rien faire, est tout simplement la chance. Merci et espoir de vous voir à nouveau comme mes clients

Mike and I really enjoyed our stay in San Remo and you and your apartment were important reasons for this satisfaction. The apartment was nicely appointed and had great views of the sea and the city. It was also conveniently located near the shops, the daily market and some excellent restaurants. Perhaps the best part of the rental was about you and your personality. You were warm and gracious when we met. You were also helpful and generous, picking us up at the train station and returning us there upon our departure. I just made a salad today from the zucchini which you grew and gave us; it was excellent!. I will definitely return to San Remo given all the good memories and, if available, I would definitely stay in your flat again. Fin dal primo contatto ho avuto la sensazione che avrei trovato ottima ospitalità e servizi. Ezia, la titolare donna simpaticissima e DISPONIBILE per tutte le nostre richieste. Appartamento pulito, carino molto funzionale per chi come noi viene per lavoro. Ubicato in una zona facilmente raggiungibile, dista circa 500 mt dalla strada pedonale principale di San Remo, nonché dal Casino. La proprietaria gentilissima sia all'arrivo che alla partenza accompagnandoci in auto con tutti i nostri bagagli. Il prossimo anno sicuramente per lavoro ritornerò. Grazie nuovamente per tutto.

Soggiorno indimenticabile a Sanremo!!!!!!

L'appartamento gode di una splendida vista sul mare ed è posizionato a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro. All'interno è spazioso, molto curato, accogliente e pulito. La proprietaria, la cordiale e simpaticissima signora Ezia, è molto disponibile e presente per qualunque necessità. Straconsiglio questo appartamento a chi vuole trascorrere un soggiorno di qualità e all'insegna del relax , sicuramente alla prima occasione noi ci ritorneremo. Luca Stefania e Simone Valentina.

Bel appartement au centre de SAN REMO avec garage

Situé au centre de SAN REMO, l'appartement est idéalement situé à 5 minutes du marché et des commerces, du Casino et de la vieille ville quartier historique LA PIGNA. Le garage est inclus dans la location et c'est très utile car les places de stationnement manquent. Un ascenseur est disponible pour accéder à l'appartement. L'appartement est grand, propre, lumineux et commode, les deux chambres sot très grandes. Les terrasses sont bien agréables et la vue sur la mer est très belle. La propriétaire est vraiment sympathique et serviable. Elle répond rapidement aux demandes. Je recommande cette location. Il faut savoir que la location n'a pas de lave vaisselle ni lave linge.

Nice apartment. Nice holidays

We spent two wonderful weeks in San Remo in summer 2015. This was also because of Ezia's comfortable apartment and her kindness to make us a perfect stay. The apartment is situated very central and gives an impressing view on the sea. The beach, the casino and the market hall are within reach on foot. The apartment's equipment is extraordinary. We felt lodged very well.

La proprietaire Ezia est vraiment formidable, elle est très accueillante et a un coeur en or. L appartement est grand, très clair et propre. La valutazione di questo appartamento per me è ottima! Per prima cosa ci tengo a esaltare le qualità della proprietaria; la signora Ezia è davvero una professionista del settore. Si impegna tantissimo a soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza del cliente, ma soprattutto ci mette il cuore per cercare di rendere la sistemazione il più confortevole e accogliente possibile. La cura che impiega la si può notare nella precisione che raffigura questo appartamento. Ogni singola camera è denominata in base al tema che la rappresenta (le porte delle stanze sono tutte dipinte a mano e curate nei minimi dettagli). Riassumendo, l'alloggio è molto grande e spazioso, è dotato di un garage personale, e cosa molto importante, la sua posizione è davvero strategica. Concludo dicendo che sono molto soddisfatta di questa sistemazione! Elena

Wonderful stay

I stayed in the appartment in Sanremo (number of offer 1488503) together with my 4 - year old son, my friend Magda and her 6 - year old daughter in the period 13th august - 23 rd august this year. And it was great holidays ever. The place is very comfortable, in a very good condition, it is bright, big, very clean, very well - equipped, in a nice building, with a lovely sea view. Everything that was needed for us (and even more) was provided to the appartment. The description of the appartment given by the owner is completely true. The localization is perfect, in the centre on Sanremo, very close to the old town, beaches, Casino and markets. The owner is a great, warm and helpful person. She's always in touch and ready to help you when you need it. I can recommand this appartment with full responsibility as a guarantee of a relaxing stay that you remember for a long time. Eccezionale sotto tutti i punti di vista!!!

Questo appartamento ė un vero sogno, bellissimo, spazioso, luminoso, pulitissimo e dotato di tutti i confort. La posizione ė perfetta, il mercato e negozi sono a pochi passi ed in pochi minuti si ė sulla spiaggia. Il posto auto compreso nel prezzo ė davvero prezioso in questa città e potrete raggiungere a piedi tutti i luoghi di interesse della bella Sanremo. La proprietaria della casa ė una donna disponibile e gentilissima, pur essendo discreta vi saprà aiutare e fornire preziose informazioni. Perfetto per chi ha bambini piccoli perché vi ė l'ascensore e vi sono ben 7 posti letto... ma perfetto anche per una fuga romantica a due, perché dal balcone si possono godere splendidi tramonti ed ė tutto curato come in un hotel 5 stelle!!! Avevo dei dubbi perché il prezzo mi sembrava basso in rapporto alla descrizione della casa e temevo ci fosse qualche brutta sorpresa, invece tutto ha superato le mie aspettative ed il rapporto qualità prezzo ė veramente imbattibile, provare per credere! Non vedo l'ora di tornarci, grazie di cuore alla gentilissima Ezia e grazie ad Homeaway perché rende possibile vivere esperienze così positive.

Appartamento a pochi metri da tutto, e con tutto.

Siamo una famiglia in 5, al nostro arrivo Ezia ci ha portati al app.al 3 piano con ascensore, dove tutto era pronto, asciugamani per ognuno, camere molto luminose e una con balcone vista al mare. La cucina attrezzata con tutto indispensabili per fare colazione in famiglia come a casa, tutto pulitissimo. Bagno con vasca doccia e bidet, come in albergo. Ci siamo sentiti bene come a casa, c'era anche cereali, zucchero, caffè e spezie, se qualcuno ne ha bisogno. Descrizione del apartamento giuste, le foto sono giuste, anche se dal vivo, sono migliore e questo ci ha fatto piacere. Propietaria molto gentile, disponibile e molto simpatica. Grazie Ezia per tutto. Ps: abbiamo anche conosciuto la casa in collina, molto bella e tranquilla, con tanto verde e natura.

Liebevolle Gastegeberin und herzlicher Empfang

Ezia hat uns wie eine gute alte Freundin empfangen. Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Sie ist einfach so gastfreundlich, dass man jederzeit gerne wieder kommen möchte. In der Wohnung hatten wir alles was wir brauchten es war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Ezia hatte uns gute Tipps über die Stadt und die Umgebung gegeben und der Höhepunkt war der wunderschöne Grillabend mit ihr und ihren Freunden. Wie gesagt wie haben uns wie beim Besuch einer guten alten Freundin gefühlt. GRAZIE EZIA .... We love You !!!!!

da ritornarci - ottimo !!

Si è trattato di un periodo breve (purtroppo ) ma grazie alla posizione dell'immobile ho potuto sfruttare facilmente le attrazioni in centro città. Le fotografie rappresentano fedelmente l'appartamento, in ottimo stato, che ho trovato più pulito di casa mia :) . Il servizio offerto: impeccabile. Sicuramente da tornarci anche per l'ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Lo consiglio.
