Elegant, completely renovated loft in the historic city center of Florence.

Elegant, spacious, completely renovated split level apartment in the historic city center of Florence. Minutes away from all major sights. Modern renovation and amenities in a period building. My apartment is an open plan spacious loft arranged over 2 levels. There is a gated courtyard out front and no stairs to the ground level. On the ground floor guests have access to a large living room with full American kitchen, master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and walk-in shower plus a guest bathroom. On the lower ground floor guests have access to 2 queen bedrooms and a shared bathroom with spacious walk-in shower. I am available to offer any help and assistance that might be required throughout your stay. A map and tourist information is provided and I can give you tips on transportation, attractions, restaurants and bars or any other information on Florence and surroundings. You are also welcome to contact me prior or after the booking for any additional information you may require. If it is your first trip to Italy and/or Europe and you need advice on itineraries, trains, buses etc, please do not hesitate to ask!

This unit was surprisingly large and comfortable. The street isn't the pretties but it is safe, close to everything and the interior is very well done.

We had good time in Florence, but the property was not as expected. This property should be listed for two bedroom. The third room was like a dungeon with no bathroom.

Great place close to everything in Florence

Place was as advertised and located an easy walk from wherever you would want to to go in Florence. Only suggestion is upfront communication about the additional Florence city tax, which is not collected by VRBO. But other than that minor issue the stay was great.

Week in Florence

Great location, nice neighborhood, most everything in walking distance. The rental was very comfortable, clean, well equipped, and spacious. Host was super helpful and fast to respond.

Lovely stay

An amazing property. Clean, spacious, well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Minutes from main tourist areas yet still very quiet. Loved the location, took advantage the grocery store within a minute walk. Property is very spacious and unique. Communication with host was great. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Perfect location in Florence

We enjoyed our stay with my husband, son and a friend. Quiet neighborhood but short walks to all of the sites in Florence. Beds were very comfortable. The only thing is the upstairs bedroom and living room ac’s do not cool as well as the downstairs. But very spacious and modern.

Great vrbo location !

Appreciate the location close to duomo area ( 10 min walk) and easy to walk from train. The check in was easy and we were allowed to drop our bags early. The AC was heavenly after not having AC at last location and great after a hot day. The communication with Ekaterina was fabulous and she responded in a timely way. We hope to come back soon!

Nice flat

Very clean and well maintained. Appeared to be freshly painted. Quiet street in the historical center of Florence. AC, which is important to me because Florence gets hot in the summer. One of nicest rental properties I have stayed in.

Love Florence

Great property and location. The apartment was very convenient to walk anywhere we would want to go in Florence. Because we weren’t greeted by the manager our entire time on the property there was confusion & things that are normal in Italy might not be the same in the US. That being said we enjoyed our stay & lovely place.

Very unique property. Property manager was extremely responsive and helpful. Property has a nice binder with everything you would need to know about Florence. The basement was a little musty, but other than that, the property was awesome.

Great space

The apartment worked well for for me and my three friends. There was plenty of space and the apartment is modern and light and well decorated. It’s a subterranean apartment rather than a loft apartment, which meant very little natural light. The communication was excellent and very responsive.

The Perfect Spot

This 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath flat was PERFECT for a landing place for our family. There were 5 of us. Everything was beautifully done, well appointed and spacious. The master is gorgeous and the other rooms were great for our adult children. The kitchen is modern and beautiful - not that we used it - but the perfect cook’s kitchen. The hosts were fabulous! Communication was immediate and easy and they were very helpful and organized. Truly a gem in the gem of the city.

Terrific Stay in Florence.

The apartment was quite large. This gave us the space we needed for privacy when needed. The neighborhood was centrally located. A quick 10-15 minute walk to most places. A neighborhood grocery made it easy to shop for food essentials. We went for something every day. The host in Italy was very accommodating. If we ever needed anything or had any questions, she was just a phone call or text away. We were at the apartment for 3 weeks. It was the best decision we made. It was relaxing and spacious with all the comforts of home.

Falsely advertised property

The property is not what showed in the photos and not even close to a 10 rating. More like 1. Tow bathrooms had molded. Lower level 2 bedrooms and ceiling also had molded. Floor boards were warped in several spots. My daughter felt ill and started coughing. Left early and VRBO customer service team put us up in a hotel

Plenty of room in Florence

My husband and I and our 2 adult children stayed at Michelle's apartment in Florence for 5 nights. The location is terrific--not too far from the center but far enough to feel apart from the crowds. The design of the apartment is very interesting, and the layout afforded everyone in our family some private space. Some of the furniture and bedding could use updating, and it wasn't the cleanest apartment we stayed in during our holiday across Italy, but overall it's a very nice place to call home in during a visit to Florence.

Trip of a lifetime

Our family of six, which includes two small children, stayed at San Lorenzo for a month. We found the location and apartment layout to be comfortable for our family. Our host was quick to respond to our inquiries and helpful whenever we needed advice. Our only concern, having two small children with us, was the steps going to the lower level. They are a bit steep and there is no handrail. Florence is a very safe, beautiful city and our stay will provide us with memories forever.
