Spacious 160 sqm home located in a historic Florentine palace with an elevator, just a few minutes’ walk from the Duomo and the Uffizi. Ideal for families or groups, it comfortably accommodates up to 4+2 guests.

High ceilings, generous rooms, and an airy layout make this home extremely rare in Florence’s historic center. The presence of an elevator in the building is also an uncommon feature in historic Florentine palaces.

2 large double bedrooms with king-size beds, each with an en-suite bathroom

1 mezzanine (open space) with two comfortable sofa beds (120 cm x 200 cm)

3 full bathrooms in total

The two-level layout ensures independence and tranquility, while the en-suite bedrooms provide privacy and comfort.

The other rooms of the home

The spacious living room is perfect for relaxing after a day spent exploring museums or shopping.

The dining area is welcoming and seats up to six guests around a design table, while the fully equipped kitchen allows you to enjoy the home as if it were your own.

On the mezzanine level there is also a laundry area with separate washing machine and dryer, ironing board, and iron. The laundry is supplied with all necessary detergents.

Central yet quiet location

The apartment offers the perfect balance: central enough to walk to Florence’s most iconic landmarks, yet located away from the busiest tourist streets.

The Duomo, the Uffizi Gallery, and the Accademia are all within easy walking distance.
Restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and local markets are just a few steps from the apartment.

Other useful information

The apartment is located in a historic Florentine building with an elevator. Please note that once inside the apartment there are internal stairs leading to the upper level where part of the sleeping area is located.

Check-in is done personally to ensure a warm welcome and a brief introduction to the home.

The apartment is not located in a limited traffic zone (ZTL). Guests arriving by car may stop briefly in front of the building to unload luggage and then park in one of the many nearby garages.

The apartment was lovely and in a great location. Every room in the apartment was up to date with very comfortable and high quality furniture. The beds were outstanding and the linens were of the highest quality. The apartment is very safe with multiple security measures in place. There is a grocery store and bank nearby so that was a nice surprise. The owner was awesome to work with through the entire process. She met us at the building initially and stayed in regular contact with us. Our group thoroughly enjoyed the space and commented several times how nice the apartment was. We will certainly try and reserve this apartment the next time we are in Florence.

I typically don't bother with reviews. But I must, this apartment was simply beautiful. Near train station, caffe across the street. Walking distance from markets, shops, tours and sights that are a must see.We stayed 7 days in August. Does get very warm in Florence but the apartment handled it very well, for a break from the heat.Matilda was a excellent host easy to communicate with, I recommend listening to her explanation of location because google makes it difficult. Highly recommend. Slept 6 adults comfortably 2 couples had large rooms and 2 adult children had the "loft area" .Laundry made it great, we could have down sized bags and brought way less.

The apartment is really nice. It fit our family of five adults perfectly. It was especially convenient to have three full bathrooms! We loved having a washer and dryer as we packed only a carry on for 23 days. The apartment is how it is pictured. It was decorated really cute. Most of the sites we saw were within walking distance.

After some brutal heat in London and Paris without air conditioning, our stay in Florence in this property was a breath of fresh air. Although Firenze was not as hot the air-conditioning made the stay that much more enjoyable. There was a noticeable attention to detail in cleanliness, and I have only pleasant feedback to report. The proximity to restaurants, shopping, train station was also a plus. I would love to stay here again should we return.

The apartment was beautiful and very clean. Plenty of space, the bedrooms were large and had their own bathrooms. Pull out futons and king beds were all comfortable. Matilda was so helpful and responsive. She had bottled waters and coffee available. The washer and dryer were great to have and I wish we stayed longer! It was convenient to the train station and to the tourist attractions. Beautiful property, definitely recommend.

Beautiful and clean apartment! This was the perfect space for our family of five. Matilda was a wonderful host, and she was very thorough with communication. From the minute we walked in, everything looked so clean and organized. The apartment had everything we needed- it was very spacious and had comfortable beds for our entire family. After a long day walking around Florence it was a perfect place to come back to (and had the best air conditioning!) We hope to come back again and stay here!

Love our stay here! Everything was perfect! The location, the rooms, and the hospitality. Tons of restaurants nearby and close proximity to many attractions. The apartment is beautifully decorated and appointed with everything you need for your stay. I stayed for 4 nights with my wife and 3 children. Everyone slept well and was very comfortable.
