Semi-detached house for 2 people, 47 m² living space, built in 2003, 100 m from the Bodden lagoon, south-facing terrace, one reserved parking space in front of the house. Parquet flooring, electric storage heating. The owner does not live on-site.

Fully equipped: 4-burner ceramic hob with extractor hood/chimney, oven, dishwasher, stainless steel sink, 3-star refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. Dining area for 3 people.

Bedroom with double bed, two 90x200 cm cold foam mattresses, wardrobe, and chest of drawers.

Spacious bathroom with shower/WC, glass shower, fully tiled, hairdryer, and magnifying mirror.

Wardrobe in the hallway, small storage room. A cot and highchair are available upon request.
