Erste Enttäuschung

Von der ferienwohnung ,besonders der Lage waren wir sehr entäuscht. Die Bezahlung mit Kreditkarte war auch unständlich.Für die Lage war der Preis der Ferienwohnung zu teuer.Wir haben viel unternommen und einen schönen Urlaub raus gemacht,mussten dafür aber auch jeden Tag viel fahren. Die Ferienwohnung und deren Lage hat bei weitem nicht unseren Vorstellungen entsprochen. Aber wir hsben uns den Urlaub da durch nicht verderben lassen. Waren zjm schlafen,frühstücken und duschen in der Wohnung, sonst nichts wie raus :)

Altefähr Rügen

Natur sehr schön, im Ort leider nur ein sehr kleiner Einkaufsladen. Die Ferienwohnung für einige Nächte O.K: aber sehr klein vom Badezimmer. Der Treppenaufgang ist nur für standsichere Menschen und auf keinen Fall für ältere Menschen. Für drei Nächte war es O.K. hätten aber gerne auch unsere 1. Wahl an Ferienwohnung bekommen, dies war aber wohl leider nicht mehr machbar, trotz es auf der Seite noch frei war. Alles im allen aber eine sehr schöne Umgebung. MFG

Urlaubreise

Unser Urlaub in Altefähr war sehr schön und hat unsere Erwartungen erfühlt. Von Altefähr hat mann sehr gute Ausflug möglichkeiten. Der Strand ist auch sehr schön, aber uns hat der Strand in Stratsunt besser gefallen. Die Ferienwohnungen sind sehr schön Sauber und gemütlich. Vermieterin sehr freundlich und geht auf wünsche und Fragen ein. Checkin war ohne probleme und der Checkaut auch ohne Probleme Wir werden in Jahr 2024 wieder kommen. Die Ferienwohnungen von fam. hausmann kann mann 100% empfehlen. Liebe Grüßean Fam. Hausmann sendet R.+C.Kaufhold

Sehr gerne wieder

Unsere Ferienwohnung war sehr schön. Sie war modern eingerichtet, mit allem was man braucht, sogar mit Fußbodenheizung und Balkon. Wir durften mit Hunden anreisen, was alles super geklappt hat. Ein kleiner Punkt ist, daß das Haus direkt an der Hauptstraße mit Pflastersteinen liegt und es dadurch doch etwas lauter ist, wenn die Autos darüber fahren. Aber wir haben uns dennoch sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne irgendwann wieder.

Die Dachgeschoßwohnung ist für 2 Personen ideal. Ab 3 wird es in der Wohnstube etwas eng. Leider ist bei der Wohnung kein Balkon dabei. Familie Hausmann ist sehr nett und engagiert

Sehr schöne Umgebung

Leider gab es bei der Buchung terminliche Probleme seitens des Gastgebers, weshalb wir nach der Buchung von einer Woche, nur 2 Übernachtungen hatten. Weil dann der Anreisetermin seitens des Gastgebers nochmals umgestellt wurde, wobei Irrtümlichkeiten unsererseits entstanden, hatten wir letztendlich nur eine Übernachtung und mussten uns danach selbst nach Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten umsehen. Letztendlich, war es aber dennoch eine schöne Zeit an einem wunderschönen Ort.

viel gewollt nicht gut umgesetzt

Wohnung unter dem Dach - Querlüften schwer Möglich - Nachts Moskitos in der Wohnung da Fenster in der Nacht aufbleiben mussten. Abhilfe: Fliegengitter. Dadurch nicht ausgeschlafen dementsprechend der Tagesverlauf müde usw.

Wir waren enttäuscht

Es lief alles reibungslos und unkompliziert ab. Die Wohnung war, bis auf den Kühlschrank, recht sauber. Allerdings waren wir von der Größe sehr enttäuscht. Küche, „Wohnzimmer „ und zweiter Schlafzimmer tummelten sich auf engstem Raum. Das war leider in den Fotos nicht so zu sehen. Das Schlafzimmer war so klein, dass ein korpulenter Mensch Probleme gehabt hätte, ans Fenster zu kommen. Ebenso war der Flur wie eine Einbahnstraße, für zwei viel zu eng. Das Badezimmer war in Ordnung. Alles sehr hellhörig. Die Obermieter machten einem das Ein- und Durchschlafen recht schwer. Ich werde diese Unterkunft nicht wieder buchen. Hatte mehr erwartet. Leider. Aber die Ostsee entschädigt für manches 😀

Riesige Wohnung perfekt für uns

Auf der Durchreise nach Dänemark wollten wir Freunde auf Rügen besuchen und landeten wir in Altefähr. Frau Hausmann ist eine sehr herzliche Vermieterin und die Wohnung ist perfekt für uns, Familie mit 2 Kids und 2 großen Hunden. Vielen Dank an Frau Hausmann, dass wir hier nur eine Nacht übernachten konnten.

Wohlfühlen leicht gemacht

Wir hatten diese Ferienwohnung in einem schönen, geschmackvollen Haus für meine Eltern gemietet. Wir selber haben zu viert die Ferienwohnung Alte Schmiede gemietet, die sich direkt neben dem neuen Haus befindet, in dem meine Eltern gewohnt haben. Das eine Haus war ehemals eine Schmiede und wurde von den Gastgebern liebevoll modernisiert. Das andre Haus, wie gesagt, direkt daneben. Schon bei der Ankunft war alles stimmig (sogar das Aprilwetter spielte mit). Ein netter Empfang, ein schöner Frühlingsgarten und eine super schöne Wohnung erwarteten uns. Beide Wohnungen waren toll! Die schönsten Ferienwohnungen die wir je hatten. Der Ort Altefähr hat typisches Fischerflair. Von den Anglern wird Hering in Massen im idyllischen Hafen mit unglaublichem Ausblick angelandet. Wir haben das vom Strand aus (der direkt nebenan liegt) stundenlang beobachtet - auch die Boote auf dem Wasser. Alles ein echtes „Schauspiel“. Wir denken: Auch in anderen Jahreszeiten immer einen Besuch wert. Wir werden das bestimmt nochmal testen und vielleicht wieder kurz berichten.

Ein Glücksgriff auf Rügen in zwei Wohnungen im sehr schönen Fewo-Haus im Seebad Altefähr auf Rügen

Wir sind zufällig über Auswahlkriterien bei fewo-direkt auf diese Ferienwohnung gekommen. Wir hatten die hier bewertete Wohnung Südstrand Nr. 5 und meine Eltern wohnten in der Nachbarwohnung Nr. 1 im sehr schönen Ferienwohnungshaus: geschmackvolle und funktionelle Einrichtung, gepflegte Außenanlage, nette Vermieter, Parkplatz, Ausleihfahrräder gratis und und und. Wir können nur sehr positives berichten. Auch der nette Ort, das Seebad Altefähr, mit dem Sandstrand mit neuen, fest installierten Sitz und Liegemöbeln aus Holz haben wir sonst noch niergendwo so gesehen - toll! Alles richtig schön und auch in der Hauptsaison nicht übermäßig überlaufen, wie man es sonst von anderen Orten kennt. Hundertprozentige Empfehlung.

Schöne Lage und nettes Haus

Wir waren im Juni 2012 im Schwedenhaus und waren shr zufrieden mit unserem Urlaub. Das Haus ist sauber und hat alles was man so braucht! Die Lage ist ideal. Ein paar Schritte vom Hafen Breege entfernt und ein paar Minuten nur vom schönen Strand der Ostsee! Schade war das abweisende Verhalten der örtlichen Mieter und damit das für Kinder suboptimale Umfeld. Da wir tagsüber nicht vor Ort waren aber nur ein kleiner Wermutstropfen. VG Fam. K.
