The forest begins right outside the door, and several lakes are within biking distance to explore. Hiking trails stretch throughout the municipality, and Lake Åsnen is located in the area.



The Kuppersjön swimming area and Lasses i Ryd are nearby destinations. A grocery store is a five-minute drive away, and it takes about two hours to drive here from Malmö.

Overall, it was a wonderful experience! A lovely cabin with great amenities, located close enough to town but also far enough out in the woods. The house was neat and clean when we arrived, as were the sauna and hot tub. Unfortunately, there was some excavation work going on outside near the sauna that we hadn’t been informed about in advance. This made it difficult to get the key. It would have been nice to have easier access to the key and to have been informed about this in advance. That said, it was a wonderful stay, and we’d love to come back ☺️
